I am originally from Buffalo, NY, and have worked with Agua Caliente Casinos for nearly ten years. I started my career as a Cage Cashier, where I developed a solid understanding of guest service and casino operations. I later moved into Special Events & Promotions, allowing me to create engaging experiences for our guests. Currently, I hold the position of Player Development Host, which enables me to merge my interest in hospitality with my dedication to fostering meaningful relationships. I appreciate the opportunity to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds and strive to ensure their experiences with us are enjoyable and fulfilling.
