Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs, and Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City, (referred to as ACCRM, ACCPS and ACCCC respectively in the promotional rules), otherwise known as Agua Caliente Casinos, will offer ACE Club members who play on the Casino Floor at any Agua Caliente Casino with their ACE Club Card the opportunity to participate in the Winners Wheel Earn & Get by swiping their ACE Club Card at the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk (referred to as “promotional kiosk” in the promotion rules) and then visiting anAgua Caliente Casinos ACE Club for a chance to win Free Slot Play, One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips (hereinafter referred as FSP and OTUNNC) or a Mystery Gift. ACE Club Members will be notified of this promotion via direct marketing offers, e-blast, and property collateral.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

ACE Club members who play on the Casino Floor with their ACE Club Card will have the opportunity to participate in a game experience located at each Agua Caliente Casinos designated promotional area for a chance to win FSP, OTUNNCs or a Mystery Gift. As an inaugural bonus on August 5, 2026 only, the first fifty (50) ACE Club Members who spin the digital wheel will get their prizes doubled. ACE Club members must earn Slot Points by playing on qualifying slot machines with their ACE Club Card properly inserted or Table Games Theoretical (hereinafter referred as Theo) Win with an open rating on their ACE Club Card at Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Fuel (Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs for slots earning only).

• August 5, 2026 Only
  • On August 5, 2026, qualified ACE Club members have the opportunity to double their prizes on the Winners Wheel.
  • The first fifty (50) ACE Club Members who met the earning criteria, visit and spin the digital wheel will get their prizes doubled.
    • If the ACE Club member qualifies for all three (3) spins while being one of the first 50, each spin will double each prize.
    • If the ACE Club member qualifies for multiple spins in one (1) visit the member will count as one (1) out of the first fifty (50) ACE Club Members.
    • Once all of the first fifty (50) ACE Club members have participated, the prizes will be awarded as stated on the digital wheel and will no longer be doubled.
    • For the first fifty (50) ACE Club members whose digital wheel spin lands on ‘Mystery Gift’, may choose two (2) different gifts from the available inventory or chose the same gift for their doubled prize (while supplies last).

Earning Period begins at 5:00AM and ends at 8:45PM each promotional day.

Winners Wheel Earn & Get Slot Point/Table Games Theoretical Win earning requirements are as follows:

• ACE Club members must earn same-day Slot Points or Table Games Theo Win while using their ACE Club Card properly inserted on the Casino Floor at any Agua Caliente Casino, for an opportunity to participate in the “Winners Wheel Earn & Get” game experience (see “Winners Wheel Earn & Get Slot Point/Table Games Theo Win Earning” & “Winners Wheel Earn & Get Earning Details” below).
• Same-day earning begins at 5:00AM and ends at 8:45PM each promotional day at Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Fuel (Rancho Mirage & Palm Springs)(slots only).
• Each ACE Club member must utilize a promotional kiosk to verify they have met the earned qualifying criteria.
  • If earning criteria has been met, the qualified ACE Club member will receive one (1) voucher from the promotional kiosk for each earning criteria that has been met. The ACE Club member will be instructed by the promotional kiosk to present the voucher to the designated promotional area of the Agua Caliente Casino property in which it was printed to redeem their digital wheel spin with an authorized Marketing representative.
  • For vouchers printed at the Promotional Kiosk located at Agua Caliente Fuel Rancho Mirage, ACE Club members must visit the ACCRM ACE Club for redemption. (Excluding all voucher redemption Agua Caliente Fuel Palm Spring Promotional Kiosk).
  • Vouchers must be present and surrendered to an authorized Marketing representative at the designated promotional area in order to participate. Once this process has been completed, the qualified ACE Club member will participate in the game experience with an authorized Marketing representative.
  • Qualified ACE Club members will receive one (1) voucher for each tier earned, for a maximum of up to three (3) vouchers redeemed per promotional day.
  • If earning criteria has not been met, the Winners Wheel Earn & Get promotion will not be visible on the promotional kiosk meaning the ACE Club member will not be able to redeem a voucher.
• Each time an ACE Club member reaches a slot point or table games theo win threshold and eligibility is verified by an available promotional kiosk, they shall have the opportunity to participate in the “Winners Wheel Earn & Get” game experience by spinning a digital wheel.
• In the event the promotional kiosks are unavailable, same-day slot points or table games theo win criteria can be verified at an Agua Caliente CasinosACE Club by a Marketing representative (during ACE Club operating hours). Upon verification, the Marketing Representative will then issue the ACE Club member a voucher and instruct the member to present the voucher to the designated promotional area of that Agua Caliente Casino property to redeem their digital wheel spin with an authorized Marketing representative
  • In the event the Promotional Kiosk is back online but earning verification and/or prize redemption has been completed at the ACE Club with an ACE Club representative (or above), the ACE Club member is not eligible to redeem a voucher again at Promotional Kiosk.
• ACE Club members are eligible to participate up to three (3) times each promotional day between all three Agua Caliente Casino properties based on earned Slot Points or Table Games Theo Win (See Slot Point/Table Games Theo Win Earning below).

Winners Wheel Earn & Get Earning Details:

Slot Points:

• Slot points are earned by playing on slot machines on the Casino Floor with an ACE Club Card properly inserted including Agua Caliente Fuel (slots only).
  • Every $10 dollars played on slot machine equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals three (3) slot points. Rated table games play and live poker table do not qualify for slot points. Slot points must be earned through slots or video poker only.
  • Slot Points are cumulative per promotional day between 5:00AM and 8:45PM.
  • The Two-Hundred Fifty (250) slot points qualifies for the first (1) spin, the second additional Two-Hundred Fifty (250) slot points would qualify a second (2) spin, and the third additional Two-Hundred Fifty (250) slot points would qualify for the third (3) and final spin.
• IMPORTANT: Electronic slot earning can be earned and accumulated based on carded slot play at any Agua Caliente Casino properties (including AC Fuel).

Table Games:

• Table Games play criteria is earned by playing on table game(s) on the Casino Floor with an open rating on their ACE Club Card.
  • Table Games theo win is calculated based on the following, but not limited to, average bet, time played, table game eligibility, etc.
• Table Games earning is cumulative per promotional day.
• IMPORTANT: Table games theo win can be earned based on carded play at any Agua Caliente Casino properties (excluding AC Fuel).

Winners Wheel Earn & Get Game Experience:

• After verifying criteria eligibility at a promotional kiosk, the qualified ACE Club member will then have the opportunity to spin the “Winners Wheel Earn & Get”. Whichever space the “Wheel” lands on will determine the prize to be awarded to the winner.
• A full 360-degree wheel spin (or greater) must be completed to be considered an “eligible wheel spin”.
• In the event the digital wheel does not complete a full 360-degree wheel spin (or greater), the ACE Club member will have to spin the digital wheel again.
• The winner will only win the prize that lands on an “eligible wheel spin”.
• Each “Winners Wheel Earn & Get Wheel” will display twenty-seven (27) spaces. Each space will display a different prize option.
• Winners of Mystery Gift shall pick from a variety of available gifts (No substitution for FSP or OTUNNCs).
• If mystery gift inventory is depleted, Winners may receive a $25 FSP or OTUNNC consolation.
• ACE Club members are eligible to win up to three (3) times per promotional day.

Winners Wheel Earn & Get Gift Wheel Prize Pool:

• Estimated maximum available prize pool = $6,025 Gifts/FSP/OTUNNC per promotional day per location
• Estimated maximum available prize pool = $24,100 Gifts/FSP/OTUNNC per location for the duration of the promotion (four weeks)
• Estimate maximum available prize pool - $72,300 Gifts/FSP/OTUNNC combined

GENERAL RULES:

1. Must be 21 years or older to participate.
2. Must be or become an ACE Club member to qualify to participate.
3. Restricted patrons are not eligible for any/all promotions.
4. Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued Gaming license are not eligible to participate.
5. Ace, Edge, or Elite Cards are the property of Agua Caliente Casinos. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club brochures.
6. Winners must show valid identification to claim a gift (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards.). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a gift.
7. Same-day earning begins at 5:00AM and ends at 8:45PM each promotional day at Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Fuel (Rancho Mirage & Palm Springs earning for slots only).
8. The following rules apply to slot players:
   1. Every $10 dollars played on slot machines equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals three (3) slot points.
   1. To qualify for the Winners Wheel Earn & Get promotion, ACE Club members must earn slot points beginning at 5:00AM through 8:45PM, on the promotional day. The two hundred fifty (250) qualifying slot points can be redeemed at any promotional kiosk during the promotional hours.
   1. ACE Club members must earn all two hundred fifty (250) qualified slot points using their ACE Club Card properly inserted on slot machines(Qualified slot points may be combined from all properties including Agua Caliente Fuel.)
   1. All two hundred fifty (250) qualifying slot points must be earned on the same day the Winners Wheel Earn & Get promotion is being offered.
   1. Rated table games play and live poker play do not qualify for slot points. Slot points must be earned through slot machines or video poker machines only (with the exception of video poker machines containing roulette).
   1. Slot points earned through retail purchases made at Agua Caliente Casinos will not qualify towards the 250-slot point accrual requirements.
9. The following rules apply to table games players:
10. Table games players must meet designated table games rating criteria in order to participate in the Winners Wheel Earn & Get on the day of the promotion.
11. qualify for the Winners Wheel Earn & Get promotion, ACE Club members may begin earning their table games rating beginning at 5:00AM through 8:45PM, on the promotional day. All qualifying table games rated play can be redeemed at any promotional kiosk during the promotional hours.
12. All table games ratings must be earned on the same day the Winners Wheel Earn & Get promotion is being offered. Qualified table games criteria may be combined from all properties excluding Agua Caliente Fuel.
13. Please see above for table games rating criteria, under Winners Wheel Earn & Get Slot point/table games theo win earning.
14. ACE Club members are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf.
15. Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.
16. In the event that the Winners Wheel Earn & Get gift inventory is depleted at one (1) or more Agua Caliente Casinos, authorized Marketing representatives are authorized to issue a $25 FSP or OTUNNC consolation to qualified ACE Club members. Limit three (3) FSP or OTUNNC consolation per qualified ACE Club member, per promotional week, between the all three (3) Agua Caliente Casinos.
17. Direct Marketing Offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate. 
18. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.
19. Facsimiles or reproduction of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.
20. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or gift notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
21. The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having "tampered", in any way deemed inappropriate, with the Direct Marketing Offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or Direct Marketing Offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to "tampering" with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).
22. Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winners Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes, as applicable.
23. The Winners Release Form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One Marketing or Player Development Representative, and one additional signature for verification, completed by a Marketing or Player Development Representative. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and Local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a Social Security number (and/or W-9 Form) if applicable prior to receipt of their award or prize per the Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls unless an exception is noted and approved within the approved promotion.
24. For each award or prize won an authorized representative of the promotional event shall enter the following information on the Winners Log: date and time of the promotion, winner’s name, winner’s ACE Players Club number and the award or prize won, along with the authorized representative’s signature and gaming license number. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.
25. All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.
26. All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
27. The Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk will be available from 1:00PM to 8:45 PM, on the promotional day, for all ACE Club members to qualify and redeem the required slot points or table games rated play. (Excluding Agua Caliente Fuel Palm Spring Promotional Kiosk).
28. Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk vouchers do not hold a cash value and will not be replaced or no consolation will be given if lost, damaged, or stolen.
29. On Wednesdays, from August 5 – August 26, 2026, after verifying eligibility at the Agua Caliente Casinos promotional kiosks, the qualified ACE Club member will then have the opportunity to spin the “Winners Wheel Earn & Get”. Each Digital Wheel will display the same prize structure. (Each Agua Caliente Casino property location will have one (1) digital wheel.).
30. In the event that the promotional kiosks are unavailable, criteria can be verified at any Agua Caliente Casino ACE Club by a Marketing representative (during ACE Club operating hours).  
31. Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Agua Caliente Casino.
32. Winners of Mystery Gift shall pick from a variety of available gifts (No substitution for FSP or OTUNNCs).
33. Prizes amounts won must be received in either all FSP or OTUNNCs (no partial payments).

In the event the Mystery Bag is used to determine the “Winners Wheel Earn & Get” prizes, the selected participant will reach into the Mystery bag and select one (1) game piece, based on the above referenced prizes, the game piece selected will reveal the prize amount to be awarded to the participant.

Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:

$101 - $1,500 – Expires in 30 Days

OTUNNCs prizes will be paid out via a voucher issued by an authorized Marketing representative to the winner that is then redeemed at the Main Cashier’s Cage. OTUNNC vouchers expire twenty-four (24) hours after issuance.

A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to the patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as the ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.

In the event of a system outage regarding the Digital Wheel, a Mystery Bag will be used to determine the “Winners Wheel Earn & Get” prizes. The Mystery bag will contain twenty-Seven (27) game pieces labeled Mystery Gift, $10 FSP/OTUNNC, $15 FSP/OTUNNC, $25 FSP/OTUNNC & $1,000 FSP/OTUNNC.
