Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs & Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC respectively in the program rules), otherwise known as Agua Caliente Casinos, will promote the Snackle Box Gift Giveaway. This promotion will give qualified ACE Club membersthe opportunity to receive one (1) continuity gift each week or the choice of $25 Free Slot Play or One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips (hereinafter referred to as FSP and OTUNNCs) in lieu of the gift, onSundays, during the five (5) week gift giveaway. ACE Club members who do not qualify to receive an invitation will have the opportunity to earn same-day slot points or meet designated table games criteria on the promotional Sunday of each week to redeem a gift. ACE Club Members who earn the gift will also be provided with the choice of $25 FSP or OTUNNCs in lieu of the gift. Qualified ACE Club members will be invited based upon an Average Daily Worth (ADW) for the previous twelve (12) months for active players and a specified twenty-four (24) month range for inactive players months via direct mail, e-blast, and telemarketing. ACE Club members who do not receive an invitation will be notified of the promotion via property website, signage, and brochures.

·       Times: 12:00PM- 8:00PM each promotional day (or while supplies last). 

·       Locations: ACCPS, ACCCC &ACCRM ACE Clubs

Gift Information: 

ACE Club Memberswill receive one (1) gift each promotional week based on invited or earned qualifications and availability.

Invitation Criteria

Qualified ACE Club Members who received an invitation may redeem one (1) gift

Earning Opportunity

·       ACE Club members who do not qualify for an invitation, may earn two-hundred-fifty (250) slot points or or table game equivalent to receive the continuity gift.

·       Earning Begins at 5:00AM and ends at 7:50PM each Promotional Sunday.

·       Slot Points or table play equivalent must be earned on the promotional day when redeemed. 

·       Slot Points can be earned at any Agua Caliente Casino (including Agua Caliente Fuel).

Consolation:

·      ACE Club members have a limit of choosing one (1) of the following consolations per promotional week. In the event the promotional weekly gift is depleted, ACE Club Members who were invited or earned, and did not receive the gift, may choose a gift from a previous week’s remaining gifts, if available (excluding Week 1) in lieu of depleted gift or $25 in FSP or OTUNNCs.

Gift Giveaway – Earning Opportunity:

·      Only ACE Club members who did not qualify to receive an invitation but would like to earn a gift must earn two hundred and fifty (250) same-day slot points or or table game equivalent on the gift distribution day to receive the gift (while supplies last). 

·      In the event the promotional weekly gift is depleted, ACE Club Members who earned, and did not receive the gift, may choose a gift, from a previous week’s remaining gifts, if available (excluding Week 1) in lieu of depleted gift. ACE Club members who earned will be provided with the choice of $25 FSP or OTUNNCs in lieu of the gift.

·      The following rules apply to slot players: 

o   Every $10 dollars played on slot machines equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals three (3) slot points.

o   To receive the gift, ACE Club members must earn same-day slot points beginning at 5:00AM through 7:50PM, on the promotional day. The two hundred and fifty (250) qualifying slot points can be redeemed at the ACE Club with an ACE Club representative (or above) at ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC beginning at 12:00PM through 8:00PM, (while supplies last), on promotional Sundays. 

o   ACE Club members must earn all qualified slot points using their ACE Club card properly inserted in eligible slot machines Qualified slot points may be combined from all Agua Caliente Casinos properties, including Agua Caliente Fuel.

o   All two hundred and fifty (250) qualifying slot points must be earned on the same day the gifts are being offered.

o   Rated table games play and live poker play do not qualify for slot points. Slot points must be earned through slot machines or video poker machines only.

o   Slot points earned through retail purchases made in the Agua Caliente Casinos will not qualify towards the two hundred and fifty (250) slot point accrual requirements.

o   No slot points will be deducted from any ACE Club accounts

·      The following rules apply to table games players:

o   Table games players must meet same-day table games theoretical win rating criteria in order to receive the gift on the day of the promotion. 

o   ACE Club members may begin earning their table games rating beginning at 5:00AM through 7:50PM on the promotional day (Earning can be done on Sunday only).

o   All qualifying table games theoretical win ratings must be earned on the same day the gifts are being offered. Qualified table games criteria may be combined from all Agua Caliente Casino properties, excluding Agua Caliente Fuel.

o   Table games theoretical win is rated and calculated based on but not limited to average bet, length of time played, type of table, etc.

·      Slot points or table games rating must be earned beginning at 5:00AM through 7:50PM on the promotional day. Slot points OR table games ratings may be combined from all properties (including Agua Caliente Fuel for slots only). Qualifying play must be all slots’ points, or all table games theoretical win rated play.

·      Maximum of up to one (1) gift (earned) per ACE Club member, per promotional week on the day the same-day slot points or table games rating was earned (earning can be done on Sunday only) at the Agua Caliente Casinos property of their choice.

GENERAL RULES:

1.     Qualified ACE Club members will be invited based upon ADW for the previous twelve (12) months for active players or based upon ADW for inactive players based on a twenty-four (24) month range starting in June 2023, through June 2025.

2.     Must be 21 years or older to participate.

3.     Must be an ACE Club member to participate.

4.     Restricted patrons are not eligible for all promotions/events.

5.     Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.

6.     On the promotional day, Marketing representatives will be distributing gifts (each valued up to $21.00-USD) from the ACCPS, ACCCC & ACCRM ACE Clubs (Signs will be placed by the ACE Club, the center of the Casino Floor, and by the Valet Entrance to notify ACE Club members of the location of the gift giveaway), by a Marketing representative beginning at 12:00PM – 8:00PM (or while supplies last).

7.     Limit one (1) gift per promotional week (invited or earned), at one (1) Agua Caliente Casino property of the ACE Club member’s choosing.

8.     In the event the promotional weekly gift is depleted, qualified ACE Club Members (invited or earned) who have not received a gift may choose a gift from a previous week’s remaining gifts if available (excluding Week 1) in lieu of depleted gift. 

9.     Qualified ACE Club Members and ACE Club Members who earned may receive $25 FSP or OTUNNCs in lieu of the gift. 

10.  ACE Club members who were not invited may play to earn a maximum of one (1) gift per promotional week. One (1) gift for two hundred and fifty (250) same day Slot Points or or table game equivalent. In order to receive a gift, ACE Club members must earn the required number of slot points or table games rated play, beginning at 5:00AM through 7:50PM, by playing on eligible slot machine or table game with their ACE Club Card at any Agua Caliente Casino property (including Agua Caliente Fuel for slots only). ACE Club members cannot combine slot points and table game rated play to achieve Slot Points or Table Games theoretical win. 

11.  The ACE Club shall be available for verification of qualification and redemption from 12:00PM-8:00PM on the promotional day. The gift must be redeemed on the day the same-day slot points or table games rating was earned (earning can be done on Sunday only) at the Agua Caliente Casino property of their choice.

12.  Gift quantities are limited and, in the event the gift inventory is depleted at one (1) or more Agua Caliente Casino property, Marketing representatives are authorized to issue $25 consolation in FSP or OTUNNCs. Limit one (1) FSP or OTUNNC consolation per ACE Club member (invited or earned), per promotional week (can be redeemed on Sunday only), between the all three (3) Agua Caliente Casinos.

13.  If an ACE Club member does not qualify to receive an invitation for a gift, they may qualify to receive a gift by earning same-day slot points while playing with their ACE Club Card properly inserted in a slot machine OR meeting designated table games rating criteria (including Agua Caliente Fuel for slots only) Maximum of up to one (1) gift (earned) per ACE Club member, per promotional week, on the day the same-day slot points or table games rating was earned (earning can be done on Sunday only) at the property of their choice.  

14.  The following rules apply to slot players: 

·      Every $10 dollars played on slot machines equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals three (3) slot points.

·      Only ACE Club members who were not invited can earn two hundred and fifty (250) qualified slot points using their ACE Club Card properly inserted in eligible slot machines. Qualified slot points may be combined from all properties, including Agua Caliente Fuel.

·      All two hundred and fifty (250) qualifying slot points must be earned on the same day the gifts are being offered.

·      Rated table games play and live poker play do not qualify for slot points. Slot points must be earned through slot machines or video poker machines only.

·      Slot points earned through retail purchases made in the Agua Caliente Casinos will not qualify towards the two hundred and fifty (250) slot point accrual requirements.

15.  The following rules apply to table games players:

·      Table games players must meet designated same day table games rating criteria in order to receive the gift on the day of the promotion. 

·      ACE Club members may begin earning their table games rating beginning at 5:00AM through 7:50PM on the promotional day.

·      All qualifying table games ratings must be earned on the same day the gift is being offered. Qualified table games criteria may be combined from all properties, excluding Agua Caliente Fuel.

·      Table Games Theo is rated and calculated based on but not limited to average bet, length of time played, type of table, etc.

16.  Qualified same day slot points and same day rated table games play may not be combined together, in order to receive the gift. Qualifying play must be all slots’ points, or allrated table games play.

17.  No slot points will be deducted from any ACE Club accounts.

18.  ACE Club members must show valid identification to claim a prize/gift (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued Photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). ACE Club members must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize/gift.

1.  Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures. 

20.  Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.

21.  Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.

1. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.
2. Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use. 

24.  The Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

25.  The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having "tampered", in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to "tampering" with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

26.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls. 

27.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal control standards, policies, and procedures.

28.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for the promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located in each Casino.  

29.  Free Slot Play will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:

·       $1 - $100 – Expires in 24 hours.

30.  OTUNNCs will be paid out via a voucher issued to the qualified ACE Club member by a Marketing representative that is then paid out at the Main Cashier’s Cage. OTUNNCs vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.

31.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion. 

32.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
