The Poker Room at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM) shall offer poker players a chance to win gift from April 1^st, 2026 through August 31^st, 2026 during the Poker Gift Giveaways promotion.

Here’s How It Works:

At the beginning of each day (and periodically during the day) the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will announce in the Poker Room that the Poker Gift Giveaways Promotion is in progress. The Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will announce to the poker players what Qualifying Hands and the corresponding gift that will be available to choose from for all active Texas Hold’ Em & Omaha games in the Poker Room. 

DATES: 

·      April 1^st, 2026 through Tuesday, August 31^st, 2026.

TIMES:

·      Mondays from 8:00AM - 3:00AM Tuesday morning

·      Tuesdays from 8:00AM - 3:00AM Wednesday morning

·      Wednesdays from 8:00AM - 3:00AM Thursday morning 

·      Thursdays from 8:00AM - 3:00AM Friday morning

·      Fridays from 8:00AM - 5:00AM Saturday morning

·      Saturdays from 8:00AM - 5:00AM Sunday morning

·      Sundays from 8:00AM - 3:00AM Monday morning

QUALIFYING HANDS:

Texas Hold’ Em – 

• Quad 2’s or better for gifts either A, B or C. 
•  Kings Full or better, for gifts either B or C (Both Hole Cards Must Play). 

4 Card Omaha – 

• Quad 6’s or better for gifts either A, B or C. 
• Quads 2’s or better, for gifts either B or C 

5 Card Omaha – 

• Quad 10’s or better for gifts either A, B or C. 
• Quad 6’s or better, for gifts either B or C 

GIFT BREAKDOWN:

·      The Gifts for this Promotion are as follows:

o   A. Poker Shirts (valued up to $45 USD)

o   B. Poker Caps (valued up to $12 USD).

o   C. Novelty Gift - Poker Spinners (valued up to $10 USD).

·      Limit of one (1) gift per promotional day (while supplies last)

GENERAL RULES: 

1.     Must be 21 years of age or older to participate. 

2.     Must be an ACE Club Member to receive a complimentary gift.

3.     Restricted Players are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

4.     Eligible Texas Hold’Em and Omaha games must have a minimum of five (5) active players.

5.     ACE Club Members can only receive a limit of one (1) gift per day.

6.     Must be present to win.

7.     Gifts available are while supplies last.

8.     Poker Gift Winners will receive their gift from a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above), at the poker table in the poker room. 

9.     If inventory is depleted, there will be no consolationoffered. 

10.  Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate according to the ACBCI Casino Operations Gambling Policy. 

11.  Ace, Edge, or Elite Cards are the property of Agua Caliente Casinos. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club Brochure.

12.  Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e., driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards).

13.  Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winner's Log will be signed to verify their prize.

14.  For each award or prize won, the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will enter the following information on the Winner's Log: Promotion name, Date, Time, Table/Seat number, Hand Made, Gift Choice, Player’s Name, and Player's ACE Club Number, along with the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) Initials and I.D. Number. The Winner will sign the log as evidence that they have received their prize.

15.  Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and Local Taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a Social Security number (and/or W-9 Form) if applicable prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls unless an exception is noted and approved within the approved promotion.

16.  The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having "tampered", in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to "tampering" with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

17.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1- 800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Agua Caliente Casino.

18.  Players are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect prizes on their behalf. 

19.  Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, and its employees, etc. are held harmless from the award or use of the prize.

20.  All guest disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.

21.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

22.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI Systems of Internal Controls, Policies, and Procedures.

23.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
