POKER PROMOTION

Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage

May 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026

The Poker Room at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM) will give Texas Hold ’Em and Omaha poker players a chance to earn Cash or live gaming chips for accumulating, consecutive hours of carded live poker play during the “Chase for the Dough” poker promotionfrom May 1, 2026 through August 31, 2026.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

Dates:  Daily, May 1, 2026 through August 31, 2026

Time Starts: 

·      The Morning Session starting time begins at 8:00AM and ends at 4:00PM and the Evening Session starting time begins at 5:00PM and ends at 1:00AM (unless players are on the wait board) (see below).

o   The latest start time to participate in the morning session would be 11:00AM.

o   The latest start time to participate in the evening session would be 8:00PM. 

·      In order to qualify, Poker players must start their hours of play or sign-up to be on the wait list board (if no seats are available) by 9:00AM for the morning session and/or by 6:00PM for the evening session.

o   Maximum two (2) hour time limit for wait list board. 

·      Poker players will have the opportunity to earn increments of $10 (Cash or Live Gaming Chips) per consecutive hour, starting at a minimum of two (2) hours per session and up to a maximum of five (5) hours per session, of Carded Live Texas Hold ‘Em or Omaha poker play each promotional day.

·      Players can play both sessions per day.

·      The longer a poker player plays, the more the player can earn, with a maximum payout of $100 ($50 payout each session) per promotional day, in either Cash or Live Gaming Chips (Excludes tournament play). 

“Chase for the Dough” Rules:

·      Poker players must be an ACE Club Member and be clocked-in at the table of play to receive credit for consecutive hours played in this promotion.

·      If a poker player arrives for the morning session between 8:00AM - 9:00AM and/or the evening session between 5:00PM - 6:00PM, and no seats are available, players may sign-up, with their first and last name, to be on the wait list board with a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above). 

o   When A Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) contacts players on the wait list board (up until 11:00AM for the morning session and up until 8:00PM for the evening session), their time of play and hours accumulated will begin with the same rules above, upon arrival at either Texas Hold ‘Em or Omaha poker table (maximum 2-hour time limit for Wait List Board each session).

§  In the event the player is on the Wait List Board and will need to be contacted, a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) may either issue a pocket pager from the poker podium, or if a player prefers, the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will text them when their seat becomes available.

§  Upon contact by the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above), the player must participate or will forfeit their session of play.

·      For each session, poker players must play a minimum of two (2) consecutive hours of live carded play to receive a payout. 

·      After a poker player accumulates their hours of live carded play (minimum two (2) hours and up to a maximum of five (5) hours consecutively, each session), the hours may then be redeemed for a payout (Cash or Live Gaming Chips) at the Poker Cashier Podium, with a Poker Cashier (or above).

o   Payouts may be paid in either Cash or live gaming chips and must be either all Cash or all Live Gaming Chips (no partial payments).

§  Two (2) hours of live carded play - $20 cash or live gaming chips.

§  Three (3) hours of live carded play - $30 cash or live gaming chips.

§  Four (4) hours of live carded play - $40 cash or live gaming chips. 

§  Five (5) hours of live carded play - $50 cash or live gaming chips

Live Carded Play Tracking:

·       Live carded play shall be recorded in the Bravo Tracking system.

·       To accumulate hours of live carded play for the morning session and/or the evening session, poker players must provide their ACE Club Card to the Poker Dealer (or above) who will swipe the ACE Club Card into the Bravo Tracking system to begin tracking play. 

Redemption of “Chase the Dough Payouts”:  

·      At the time of redemption, the poker players must check-in with the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) to get the number of hours played verified in order to redeem for Cash or Live Gaming Chips with a Poker Cashier (or above), at the Poker Cashier Podium.

GENERAL RULES:

1.     Players must be 21 years or older to participate.

2.     Restricted players are not eligible to participate.

3.     Must be or become an ACE Club member to participate. 

4.     Employees of Agua Caliente Casinos, and the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are NOT eligible to participate according to the ACBCI Casino Operations Gambling Policy.

5.     Employees of the Poker Department are not eligible to participate.

6.     Players are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf.

7.     Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e., driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim award or prize

8.     Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (if applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, and its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

9.     For each prize won, a Winner’s Log will be completed with the date, winner’s name, winner’s ACE Club Card number, and the award or prize won. The Poker Cashier (or above) must sign the log with name and badge number, attesting to the prize distribution. The winner must sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize. 

10.  For each award or Prize won, the Poker Cashier (or above) will enter the following information on the “Chase for the Dough” Poker Promotion Winner’s Log, for either the Morning Session or Evening Session:

a.     Date;

b.     Time In;

c.     Table Number;

d.     Seat Number;

e.     Time Out;

f.      Amount Paid based on hours played;

g.     Players Name;

h.     Player’s Signature;

i.      Players Card Number;

j.      Poker Cashier (or above) signature and badge number; 

k.     Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) signature and badge number.

11.  Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.

12.  Ace, Edge, or Elite Cards are the property of Agua Caliente Casinos. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club Brochure.

13.  Direct Marketing Offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate. 

14.  Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.

15.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers. 

16.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.

17.  Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having "tampered", in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to” tampering" with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

18.  All promotion will be administered in accordance with ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies and procedures.

19.  Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide their social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls unless an exception is noted and approved within the approved promotion.

20.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must be located within each Casino.

21.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Poker Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

22.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC)retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.

23.  All cash prizes and live gaming chip prizes must be paid at the Poker Cashier Podium with a Poker Cashier (or above). 

24.  Players must collect their “Chase for the Dough” payout on the same day of play. It is the players responsibility to remember to collect their own payout. If a player forgets to ask the Poker Cashier (or above) for their payout, then they will forfeit the payout for that day.

25.  In the event the player is on the Wait List Board and will need to be contacted, a pocket pager, may be issued to the player at the poker podium by a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above). After the player is contacted, the pocket pager will be collected from the player at the poker podium by the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above). 

26.  It is the players responsibility to give their ACE Club Card to the Poker Dealer to get clocked in at the poker table they are playing on. The Poker Dealer will then clock them in on the Bravo Tracking System at the poker table so that they can have their hours played tracked/accumulated to be used to redeem for the promotional payout upon completion of their play.
