Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs & Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC respectively in the promotion rules), will give ACE Club Members who play on the Casino Floor an opportunity to participate in the “$175,000 Points Plus Challenge” from Thursday, August 6, 2026 to Friday, September 11, 2026. ACE Club Members will have the opportunity to earn the highest amount of accumulated Slot Points to win their share of $175,000 in Free Slot Play or One-Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips (hereinafter referred to as FSP or OTUNNCs) during each earning promotional period. ACE Club Members will be notified of this promotion via direct marketing offers, e-blast, and property collateral. In addition, Top one-hundred (100) scoring ACE Club Members (hereinafter referred to as Qualified ACE Club Members) from each property and an accompanying guest(s) of their choice will be invited to enjoy hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and drawings during the Points Plus Challenge Finale and Drawings on Friday, September 11, 2026 at the property in which they are ranked Top one-hundred (100). Qualified ACE Club Members are those who are within the top one-hundred (100) during the overall earning period at each Agua Caliente Casino property. Qualified ACE Club Members will be invited by direct mail, eblast, or via tele-marketing, with direction to RSVP with a Player Development VIP representative (or above), Call Center representative, or a Marketing. 

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: 

All ACE Club Members shall have the opportunity to earn as many slot points as they can during the slot point earning periods, to become one of the “Weekly Top 5” winners and/or one of the “Top 100” and “Overall Top 20” winners at an Agua Caliente Casino property. All ACE Club Members must earn Slot Points by playing eligible slot machines anywhere on the Casino Floor, at any Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Fuel (Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage only).

Slot Point Earning for the $175,000 Points Plus Challenge Finale and Drawings: 

All ACE Club Members will have the chance to win their share of $175,000 in FSP or OTUNNCs by earning the highest amount of Slot Points during the promotional period at any Agua Caliente Casino. There will be “Weekly Top 5” winners determined at the end of each earning period. Additionally, the “Overall Top 100” ranked ACE Club Members at each Agua Caliente Casino will be invited to the $175,000 Points Plus Challenge Finale Reception and Drawings where the “Top 20 Overall” Winners of the “overall Top 100” will be announced. Slot Point earning and ranking will be based on play from each Agua Caliente Casino property and Agua Caliente Fuel. Slot Points earned at each Agua Caliente Casino Property will only go towards earning for that respective property only. 

·      Slot Point Earning Period: Begins Thursdays at 5:00AM - Wednesdays at 11:59PM each promotional week. 

o   1st Earning Period: Thursday August 6, 2026 at 5:00AM – Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 11:59PM 

o   2nd Earning Period: Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 5:00AM – Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 11:59PM

o   3rd Earning Period: Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 5:00AM – Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 11:59PM

·      Top 100 Ranking: Thursday August 6, 2026 at 5:00AM – Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 11:59PM. 

The following rules apply to slot point earning: 

·      Every $10 dollars played on slot machines equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals three (3) slot points.

·      ACE Club Members must earn all qualified slot points using their ACE Club card properly inserted in eligible slot machines.

·      Rated table games play and live poker table play do not qualify for slot points. Slot points must be earned through slots or video poker only (with the exception of video poker machines containing roulette).

·      Slot Points for the $175,000 Points Plus Challenge will go towards the “Weekly Top 5” winners, “Overall Top 20” winners and “Top 100” ranking at the Agua Caliente Casino in which they were earned. 

·      Slot Points earned from different Agua Caliente Casino properties may not be combined.

·      Slot Points earned at Agua Caliente Fuel Rancho Mirage will go towards point totals at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage.

·      Slot Points earned at Agua Caliente Fuel Palm Springs will go towards point totals at Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs.

·      ACE Club Members may only qualify for one (1) “Weekly Top 5” winners per earning period per Agua Caliente Casino property.

·      ACE Club Members may only qualify for one (1) “Overall Top 20” winners and one (1) “Top 100” ranking throughout the promotional period per Agua Caliente Casino property.

·      ACE Club Members highest rank from an Agua Caliente Casino throughout the promotional period will be used in the selection for that Agua Caliente Casino property in which they will qualify for to participate in the $175,000 Point Plus Challenge “Overall Top 20” winners and “Top 100”.

·      In the event of a tie for “Weekly Top 5” winners, or “Overall Top 20” winners or “Top 100”, a Marketing representative will print and place a system generated drawing entry of the tied qualified participating ACE Club members into a drawing barrel, located inside the corresponding Agua Caliente Casino ACE Club, to draw and break the tie. The system generated drawing entry will list the ACE Club member’s first and last name, ACE Club account number, date, and a space for the issuing Team members initial and badge.

o   1^st Place – 4^th Place ties (for Weekly Top 5 winners) & 1^st Place – 19^th Place ties (for Overall Top 20 winners): The first name selected out of the drawing barrel is the winner and remaining names will be awarded based on the order drawn.

o   5^th Place ties (for Weekly Top 5 winners), 20^th Place ties (for Overall Top 20 winners) & 100^th Place ties (for Overall Top 100): The first name selected out of the drawing barrel is the winner and remaining names will not qualify for Top Five (5) winners, Top Twenty (20) winners or Top One-Hundred (100) and will not be awarded.

Weekly Top 5 Winner & Announcements: 

·      On the Fridays at 8:00PM following each slot point earning period, each Agua Caliente Casino ACE Club will provide a Winners Board displaying the ‘Weekly Top 5’ winners rankings from that respective Agua Caliente Casino property. 

·      Results from 1^st Earning Period – announced Friday, August 14, 2026 at 8:00PM.

·      Results from 2^nd Earning Period – announced Friday, August 21, 2026 at 8:00PM.

·      Results from 3^rd Earning Period – announced Friday, August 28, 2026 at 8:00PM.

·      The “Weekly Top 5” winners will receive a FSP or OTUNNCs prize based on the following Prize Structure. 

o   Total Prize Pool Weekly Ranking Update: $9,000 FSP/OTUNNC per location 

o   Total Prize Pool Weekly Ranking Update: $27,000 FSP/OTUNNC all locations 

o   Total Prize Pool All Weekly Ranking Update: $81,000 FSP/OTUNNC all locations

·      “Weekly Top 5” winners will be based on slot points earned in a single promotional earning period. 

·      ACE Club Members highest rank from an Agua Caliente Casino property per earning period will be used in the selection for that Agua Caliente Casino property in which they will qualify for to participate in the $175,000 Point Plus Challenge “Weekly Top 5” winners.

·      At the conclusion of each promotional earning period, slot point accumulation at each Agua Caliente Casino as it relates to the Weekly “Top 5” winners Rankings, will reset for each ACE Club Member. 

o   Earned Slot Points will not rollover from earning period to earning period only for ‘Weekly Top 5’ winners. 

·      Winners have until 11:00PM on each earning period announcement promotional day to claim at the Agua Caliente ACE Club in which they ranked “Weekly Top 5” winners with an ACE Club representative (or above).

·      In the event that a ‘Weekly Top 5’ Winner does not claim by 11:00PM on the earning period announcement promotional day, the prize will be forfeited.

o   In the event of a forfeit, no new winner will qualify for the ranking of “weekly Top 5’ Winners.

Top 100 Invited Guests: 

·      Slot Point Earning begins Thursdays August 6, 2026 at 5:00AM – Wednesdays August 26, 2026 at 11:59PM

·      ACE Club Members may only qualify for one (1) “Top 100” throughout the promotional period at one (1) Agua Caliente Casino property.

·      ACE Club Members who rank “Top 100” will be invited to attend the “$175,000 Points Plus Challenge Finale and Drawings” on Friday September 11, 2026 at the Agua Caliente Casino property in which they ranked.

·      ACE Club Members highest rank from an Agua Caliente Casino per promotional period will be used to select the Agua Caliente Casino property they will be invited to participate in the “$175,000 Point Plus Challenge Finale and Drawing” “Top 100”.

·      Qualified ACE Club Members and their accompanying guest(s) will check-in with a Marketing representative and receive a wristband at the event check-in table located the designated event registration location for the respective Agua Caliente Casino property in which they ranked ‘Top 100’. 

·      Qualified ACE Club Members and accompanying guest(s) will be able to enjoy appetizers and cocktails (alcoholic & non-alcoholic). Wristband required for entry.

·      Entry to Finale Reception is by invitation only, no retail entry will be available.

$175,000 Points Plus ChallengeDrawings structure & Announcements:

·      Only Qualified ACE Club Members will have the opportunity to win $500 in FSP or OTUNNC in the Points Plus Challenge Drawings.

·      Drawings will be conducted from the designated drawing area at each Agua Caliente Casino (see above) by a Marketing Representative. Winners will be announced from the designated drawing area at each Agua Caliente Casino by an authorized Marketing representative.

·      Selected winners by a Marketing Representative will have five (5) minutes to claim their prize from the designated drawing area at each Agua Caliente Casino with an authorized Marketing representative. 

·      In the event that a selected winner does not arrive within the allotted timeframe, the selected winner will forfeit their prize, and we will re-draw for a new winner.

$175,000 Points Plus Challenge Drawing Entry Earning:

·      Electronic drawing entry for the $175,000 Points Plus Challenge Drawings on September 11, 2026 begins August 6, 2026 at 5:00AM and ends ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing on Friday, September 11, 2026 at each Agua Caliente Casino.

o   (See “The Following Rules Apply to Promotional Drawings using PlayerSoft”, Rule #3(a, b) & #4).

·      ACE Club Card must be properly inserted into a slot machine to earn electronic drawing entries.

·      Every ten (10) slot points earned = One (1) electronic drawing entry.

·      Every $10 dollars played on slot machines equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals three (3) slot points. Rated table games play and live poker table play do not qualify for slot points. Slot points must be earned through slots or video poker only(with the exception of video poker machines containing roulette).

·      Electronic drawing entries can be earned based on slot play at each Agua Caliente Casino and Agua Caliente Fuels, while playing with their ACE Club Card properly inserted.

·      To be eligible, entries must be activated within one (1) hour and at least ten (10) minutes prior to each drawing time, by playing slots with an ACE Club Card properly inserted in a slot machine.

o   Any entries earned during the last ten (10) minutes prior to the drawing will not qualify for that drawing but will qualify for the next following drawing (as applicable).

·      Slot points earned through retail purchases will not qualify towards the slot point requirements.

·      IMPORTANT: Electronic drawing entries can be earned based on slot play while playing with their ACE Club Card properly inserted.

o   Qualified ACE Club Members can win once (1) in the $175,000 Points Plus Challenge Drawings.

Overall Top 20 Winner Prizes & Announcements:

·      ‘Overall Top 20’ winners Earning Period begins Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 5:00AM – Wednesday August 26, 2026 at 11:59PM. Winners can win once (1) in the ‘Overall Top 20’winners. The ‘Overall Top 20’ winner ranked from the “overall Top 100”.

·      The ‘Overall Top 20’ winners shall be revealed and announced at each designated Agua Caliente Casino event location on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 7:30PM from the designated Points Plus Challenge Drawing area by a Marketing representative at each Agua Caliente Casino. 

·      ‘Over all Top 20” winners will have until 11:00PM on Friday September 11, 2026 from the moment of the ‘Overall Top 20” winners are announced to claim their prize at the property at which they ranked Top 20. 

o   If present at the time of the announcement, winners may claim their prize with a Marketing representative at the designated drawing area at each Agua Caliente Casino. 

o   If not present at the time of the of the announcement, prizes may be claimed and redeemed at their respective Agua Caliente Casino ACE Club at which the ranked top 20 until 11:00PM on Friday September 11, 2026 with an ACE Club representative (or above). In the event that a ‘Overall Top 20’ Winner does not claim by 11:00PM on Friday September 11, 2026 the prize will be forfeited and no new winner with qualify for “Overall Top 20’ winners. 

·      Prizes for ‘Overall Top 20’ winners shall be awarded as follows:

o   Total Prize Pool- Overall Top 20 Winners: $28,000 FSP/OTUNNC per location

o   Total Prize Pool- Overall Top 20 Winners: $84,000 FSP/OTUNNC all locations

The Following Rules Apply to Promotional Drawings using PlayerSoft: 

1.     Slot players must earn electronic drawing entries by accumulating slot points. Qualified ACE Club members can accumulate slot points while playing slot machines anywhere on the Casino Floor including AC Fuel with their ACE Club Card properly inserted into a slot machine. Slot players earn one (1) electronic drawing entry per ten (10) slot points earned during the promotional period. Electronic drawing entries are automatically entered into the PlayerSoft “virtual” drawing barrel.

2.     All qualifying slot points for the Points Plus Challenge must be earned starting at 5:00AM Thursday August 6, 2026 and ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing on Friday September 11, 2026. (See “Electronic Drawing Entry Earning Slot Machines”). 

3.     Slot Players must activate their electronic drawing entries on the day of each drawing. In order to successfully activate electronic drawing entries towards each drawing, the qualified ACE Club members will be required to follow the below steps:

a.       Using their ACE Club Card, the ACE Club member will begin a session of play at a slot machine. 

b.       The ACE Club member must close their rating by removing their ACE Club Card from a slot machine at least ten (10) minutes prior to any upcoming drawing time. This process must be repeated for every drawing time to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum. 

4.     For slot players, all electronic drawing entries must be activated within one (1) hour and at least ten (10) minutes prior to each drawing time in order to be eligible to win. A sweep will be done on PlayerSoft ten (10) minutes prior to the drawing time to begin populating entries earned up to that point for winners. Announcements will be made on the Casino Floor from the promotional area throughout the drawing day to remind patrons how and when to activate their electronic drawing entries.

5.     For the September 11, 2026 Points Plus Challenge Drawings: Once an electronic drawing entry is selected and the winning name is announced, the player will have five (5) minutes to report to the designated drawing area. Winners may also contact a Slot or Security Department employee. The Slot or Security Department employee will notify a Marketing representative that a winner has identified themselves within the five (5) minute time limit and is being sent to the drawing area to be verified as an eligible winner before another name is drawn. The winner’s drawing and eligibility will be verified by two (2) Marketing representatives before the prize is awarded. A Winners Log will be kept to indicate the entries drawn, winner’s name(s) and any electronic drawing entries drawn that are “ineligible “or “no-shows”.

6.     All drawing promotions shall have a thirty (30) minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.

7.     For the September 11, 2026 Points Plus Challenge Drawings: players Must be present to win. In the event that a winner does not show up, we will re-draw for another winner. This allows another Qualified ACE Club member an opportunity to win in that drawing. In the event the winner does not show up to claim their prize within the allotted five (5) minute period,that winner will be marked as a “no-show” on the Winners Log. A Marketing representative, with one (1) authorized Marketing representative serving as a witness, will mark the expired drawing entry as "no show" or "ineligible winner" and sign with time, name, and gaming license number on the drawing entry. The Winners Log shall also be noted by at least one (1) authorized Marketing representative as "no show" or "ineligible winner" and signed with time, name, and gaming license number of the authorized Marketing representative

8.     Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards.). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize.

9.     Players are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf. 

10.  For OTUNNCs prizes, a Marketing representative will verify each winner’s ID and ACE Club Card before prizes are issued. A Marketing representative will require the winner to sign the Winners Log before issuing OTUNNCs prizes comp voucher to the ACE Club member’s account. Once the voucher has printed, the Marketing representative will sign the voucher with name and gaming license number and instruct the winner to present the voucher to the Main Cashier’s Cage to receive their prize in OTUNNCs. OTUNNCs vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.

11.  Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (as applicable). 

12.  The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds 

13.  Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from the award or use of the prize.

14.  The Winners Release Form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) Marketing representative, and one (1) additional signature for verification, completed by a Marketing representative. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls unless an exception is noted and approved within the approved promotion.

15.  For each electronic drawing entry drawn, a Marketing representative will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date and time of the promotion; winner's name and ACE Club number; and the award or prize won. The Marketing representative will sign with name and gaming license number on the last page of the log attesting to the prize distribution. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.

16.  In the event that all systems go OFFLINE and become inoperable for any reason, the on-site ACGC Gaming Inspector Department and ACGC Surveillance Department will be notified immediately. Drawings will cease until the system is back online and fully operational. No manual drawing entries or prizes will be issued in lieu of the system being “offline.” 

17.  Electronic drawing entries earned during the earning period from 5:00AM on August 6, 2026 to ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing on September 11, 2026, will expire after the last drawing is complete.

18.  For the Points Plus Challenge Party on September 11, 2026, Qualified Ace Club Members will have the opportunity to win one (1) time during the Points Plus Challenge Drawings. 

GENERAL RULES:

1.     Must be 21 years or older to participate.

2.     Must be an ACE Club member to participate. 

3.     Accompanying guests are not required to be or become ACE Club members to attend

4.     Qualified ACE Club Members will qualify for an invitation to the Points Plus Challenge Party by being a Top 100 slot point earner during the overall ranking earning period, Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 5:00AM – Wednesday August 26, 2026 at 11:59PM

5.     Restricted players are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

6.     Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued Gaming license are not eligible to participate.

7.     Accompanying guests of Qualified ACE Club Member do not need to be or become an ACE Club member to attend the event.

8.     Any patron entering the designated event areas must be wearing an event wristband given at the designated event check-in table. Wristbands must be worn while attending the event and for re-entry. During the check-in process, an authorized representative of the promotional event will request a valid photo identification for any attendee invited or participating in the promotional event who appears to be under the age of 35.

9.     All qualifying Slot Points for the Weekly Top 5 winners Ranking announced on August 14, 2026 must be earned starting on August 6, 2026 at 5:00AM and entry earning period will end August 12, 2026 at 11:59PM.

10.  All qualifying Slot Points for the Weekly Top 5 winners Ranking announced on August 21, 2026 must be earned starting on August 13, 2026 at 5:00AM and entry earning period will end August 19, 2026 at 11:59PM.

11.   All qualifying Slot Points for the Weekly Top 5 Ranking winners announced on August 28, 2026 must be earned starting on August 20, 2026 at 5:00AM and entry earning period will end August 26, 2026 at 11:59PM.

12.  All qualifying Slot Points for the Overall Top 20 winners Ranking announced on September 11, 2026 must be earned starting on August 6, 2026 at 5:00AM and entry earning period will end August 26, 2026 at 11:59PM.

13.  Qualifying slot points earned at Agua Caliente Fuel for the $175,000 Points Plus Challenge Finale and Drawings may only be earned at Agua Caliente Fuel Palm Springs or Agua Caliente Fuel Rancho Mirage. 

14.  Electronic drawing entry earning for Points Plus Challenge Drawings begins at 5:00AM on August 6, 2026 and ends ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing on Friday, September 11, 2026.

15.  For the Finale Reception & Points Plus Challenge Drawing on September 11, 2026, Qualified ACE Club Members have the opportunity to win one (1) time during the Top 20 overall winners and one (1) time during the Point Plus Challenge Drawings. 

16.  Weekly Top 5 Winners do not have to be present to win. The Weekly Top 5 Winners will have until 11:00PM on the day of the announcement and from the time of the announcement to claim their prize from their respective Agua Caliente Casino ACE Club, with an authorized Marketing representative. In the event that a winner does not show up by 11:00PM on the day of the announcement, the prize will be forfeited.

17.  Weekly “Top 5” Winners may also qualify to be invited to the “Top 100” and be a winner in the “Top 20” 

18.  Overall Top 20 Winners do not have to be present to win. The Overall Top 20 winners announced on Friday, September 11, 2026 at each Agua Caliente Casino, will have until 11:00PM on Friday September 11, 2026 from the moment of the Rankings Announcement to claim their prize at the property at which they ranked Top 20. 

o   If present at the time of the announcement, winners may claim their prize with a Marketing Representative at the designated drawing area at each Agua Caliente Casino.

o   If not present at the time of the announcement, prizes may be redeemed at their respective Agua Caliente Casino ACE Club until 11:00PM on Friday September 11, 2026 with an ACE Club Representative (or above). 

19.  A system generated drawing entry will be generated as an entry into the tie breaker drawing(s). This system generated drawing entry will list the ACE Club member’s first and last name, ACE Club account number, date, and a space for the issuing authorized Marketing representative to sign with name and gaming license number. This system generated drawing entry will act as the member’s drawing entry for the tie breaker drawing(s), and will be deposited into the drawing barrel by an authorized Marketing representative.

20.  Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures

21.  Facsimiles or reproduction of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use. 

22.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

23.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, mis-directed, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

24.  The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having "tampered", in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to "tampering" with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s). 

25.  Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate. 

26.  Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (if applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

27.  For each winner selected, an authorized Marketing representative will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date and time of the promotion, winner's name, winner's ACE Club number and the award or prize won. The authorized Marketing representative will sign the log with name and gaming license number attesting to the prize distribution. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.

28.  Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued Photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize.

29.  Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls. 

30.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.

31.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

32.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino. 

33.  Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:

a.     $101 - $1,500 – Expires in 30 days

b.     $1,501 - $5,000 – Expires in 60 Days

c.     $5,001 - $19,999 – Expires in 90 days

34.  A copy of the promotion rules must be available for the public during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

35.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
