“HOT SEAT” Poker Promotion

Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage

The Poker Room at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage (referred to as ACCRM in the promotion rules), will host “Hot Seat’’ Poker Promotion from June 3, 2026 to September 3, 2026. Every hour, at the bottom of the hour, between the hours of 9:30AM to 11:30PM, the ACCRM Poker Room shall award $100 to $300 in Live Gaming Chips or Cash Prize to one (1) selected Hot Seat Poker Player playing a live Texas Hold’ Em or Omaha game. 

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

“Hot Seat’’ Poker Promotion will take place every hour, at the bottom of the hour each promotional day. ACCRM Poker Room will award one (1) Poker Player every hour from 9:30AM to 11:30PM. All live cash poker games playing Texas Hold’Em or Omaha games during the promotional period will give Poker Players the opportunity to win a Hot Seat promotional prize.

Hot Seat Date and Time:

Days: Sunday’s, Monday’s, Wednesday’s & Thursdays from June 3, 2026 through September 3, 2026. 

Times: 9:30AM to 11:30PM 

·      15 winners per promotional day during the promotional period.

·      810 winners total throughout the promotional period.

Prize Pool: 

(54 promotional days) times the minimum payout of $1,500 per day to the maximum payout of $4,500 per day = $81,000 minimum per the promotional period to the maximum of $243,000 per the promotional period.

HOT SEAT SELECTION RULES:

1.     At each Hot Seat selection time, the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will place numbered discs that correspond to the identifying table numbers of eligible live poker tables into a black bag and will select one (1) disc, identifying the table number for the Hot Seat. The Supervisor will then remove all discs used for the table selection from the bag. The Supervisor shall then place discs for each eligible seat numbered Seat 1 through Seat 9 into the bag and will select one (1) disc, identifying the seat number for the Hot Seat (If a seat is empty or a player has a missed blind button then the seat number is ineligible and will not be placed into the bag for selection). The number displayed on the selected disc shall be deemed the “Hot Seat” for that promotional time. The player in the selected Hot Seat will win between $100 to $300 in live gaming chips or Cash Prizes.

2.     In order for a table to be eligible, the table must have a minimum of five (5) active players.

3.     To win $100 there must be 1 eligible table being played. To win $200 there must be 2 eligible tables being played. To win $300 there must be 3 or more eligible tables being played.

4.     If no eligible tables are being played during any promotional drawing time there will be no Hot Seat Winner for that promotional drawing time.

5.     Tournament Tables are not eligible for this promotion.

6.     Poker players who are not in their seat or have not paid their blinds in advance of the selected times for the promotion event will not be allowed to participate. 

7.     Players are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf.

GENERAL RULES:

1.     Players must be 21 years of age or older to participate.

2.     Players do not need to be an ACE Club member to claim a prize, but they must provide a valid I.D.

3.     Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e., driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards).  

4.     Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued Gaming license are eligibleto participate according to the ACBCI Casino Operations Gambling Policy.

5.     Employees of the Poker Department are not eligible to participate

6.     Restricted patrons are not eligible to participate.

7.     Prize won must be either all Live Gaming Chips or all Cash Prize (no partial payments).

8.     Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.

9.     Prizes will be paid out in Cash or in live gaming chips for each Hot Seat Winner, by the Poker Cashier (or above), either at the table the player is playing at or the player can come to the ACCRM Poker Cashier Cage to receive their cash or live gaming chips.

10.  For each award or prize won, the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will enter the following information on the “Hot Seat” Promotional Winner’s Log: 

a.     Date; 

b.     Time of the promotion; 

c.     Amount Paid Out;  

d.     Table Selected 

e.     Seat Selected;   

f.      Player’s name and signature, evidencing they have received the prize;

g.     Player’s Card Number;

h.     Poker Cashiers signature and gaming license number attesting to the prize distribution.

i.      Poker Floor Supervisor’s signature and gaming license number attesting to the prize distribution.

11.  The promotion will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

12.  All patron dispute(s) related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.

13.  Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. are held harmless from the award or use of the prize.

14.  Ace, Edge, or Elite Cards are the property of Agua Caliente Casinos. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club Brochure. 

15.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion. 

16.  Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct mail letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discounts or group rates. 

17.  Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use. 

18.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

19.  Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having "tampered", in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to” tampering" with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

20.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must be located within each Casino.

21.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Poker Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion

22.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
