Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage (referred to as ACCRM respectively in the promotion rules) will host the $20,000 Slot Tournament on Mondays in August where ACE Club members (also referred to Participants) can play to win up to $1,000 in Free Slot Play Prizes and/or an entry into the Grand Finale Drawing taking place on August 31, 2026. ACE Club members ages 55+ who participate in the $20,000 Slot Tournament will receive an Active Aces 55+ Bonus: $5 Java Caliente Voucher upon registration. ACE Club members will be notified via property advertisements and direct marketing.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

Event Details:

• Registration: Mondays, August 3 - August 31, 2026 
  • 4:00PM – Until all slot sessions are full or at the start of the last session.
  • ACCRM – Promotional Area near The Show
• Weekly Slot Tournaments: Mondays, August 3 – August 31, 2026 
  • 5:00PM – 8:00PM
  • ACCRM – Slot Tournament Area in the Expansion Area
• Session Times:
  • 5:00PM through 7:40PM sessions will be held every ten (10) minutes
  • With the exception of 5:50PM and 6:50PM.

Weekly Slot Tournament Registration:On Mondays, August 3 – August 31, 2026     

• Registration will begin at 4:00PM and will end when all session slots are full or at the start of the last session on each promotional day at the ACCRM Promotional Area near The Show with a Marketing representative.
• $20,000 Slot Tournament will be limited to one-hundred eighty (180) participants (up to twelve (12) participants per session), per promotional day, on a first come first serve basis.
• Participants will receive a reminder card to be completed by a Marketing representative with the participants name, ACE Club Card number, assigned session time, issuing Team Members initials and badge number, and will be instructed to report to the slot tournament area, located in ACCRM Slot Tournament Area in the Expansion Area, five (5) minutes ahead of their assigned session time. 
• Upon registration, ACE Club members ages 55+ who participate in the $20,000 Slot Tournament, will receive an Active Aces 55+ Bonus: $5 Java Caliente Voucher upon registration with a Marketing representative and their ACE Club account will be notated with a coupon code.
• Limit of one (1) complimentary entry per participant per promotional day.
• Limit of one (1) Active Aces 55+ Bonus: $5 Java Caliente Voucher per age 55+ ACE Club member per week.

Food and Beverage Voucher Information:

• During registration, Marketing representative(s) will check ACE Club member birthdate on a valid photo ID and issue Active Aces 55+ Bonus: $5 Java CalienteVouchers to registered ACE Club members ages 55+.
  • Active Aces 55+ Bonus: $5 Java Caliente Vouchers will display the event name, date, ACE Club member’s first and last name, ACE Club Card number, and the issuing Marketing representative initials and badge number. Vouchers are only valid on the date issued.
• Active Aces 55+ Bonus: $5 Java Caliente Vouchers are valid from 4:00PM – 11:59PM at ACCRM on the date issued (Mondays on August 3, 10, 17, 24, and 31, 2026). Active Aces 55+ Bonus: $5 Java Caliente Vouchers have no cash value and are not transferrable to the other properties (Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs and Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City).
• 55+ ACE Club members will be directed to take the Active Aces 55+ Bonus: $5 Java CalienteVoucher to the ACCRM Java Caliente to be redeemed. A Food & Beverage Team Member will verify the ACE Club member’s valid photo ID and confirm the Active Aces 55+ Bonus: $5 Java Caliente Voucher is valid.
  • $5 Java Caliente offer will be valid at ACCRM only (includes Java Caliente at ACCRM Agua Caliente Fuel).
  • If the $5 Java Caliente voucher is not used by 11:59pm on the date issued, it will be forfeited. 
• If an Active Aces 55+ Bonus: $5 Java Caliente Voucher is lost, it will not be replaced and the offer is forfeited.
• Voucher quantities are limited, but will be replenished if running low. No consolation will be given.

Weekly Slot Tournament Play:

• All ACE Club members may participate in the $20,000 Slot Tournament for the chance to win up to $1,000 in Free Slot Play (hereinafter referred to as FSP) at ACCRM only. 
• An Emcee will be present to assist the Marketing representatives with the following: provide player engagement, give instructions on how to play, and answer questions. They will also direct the ACE Club members where to find their ranking in the $20,000 Slot Tournament.
• Sessions will be held every ten (10) minutes, beginning at 5:00PM through 7:40PM (with the exception of 5:50PM and 6:50PM) (See Weekly Slot Tournament Schedule below), with each session of the tournament will consist of two (2) minutes of tournament play.
• Session winners will receive one (1) drawing entry towards the Grand Finale Drawing taking place on August 31, 2026.
  • In the event of a tie for the session winners, a Marketing representative will print and place a system generated drawing entry of the tied qualified participating ACE Club members, into a drawing barrel, located inside the ACCRM ACE Club, to draw and break the tie. The system generated drawing entry will list the ACE Club member’s first and last name, ACE Club account number, date, and a space for the issuing Marketing representative to sign with name and gaming license number.
    • The first name selected out of the drawing barrel is deemed the session winner and remaining names will not qualify for the session winner place and will not be awarded
• Prizes for session winners will be awarded upon conclusion of the session by a Marketing representative.
• Participants have the opportunity to win once (1) at their Session per promotional week, once (1) in the Top Ten (10) winners at the conclusion of the weekly tournament per promotional week and once (1) during the Finale Drawing on August 31, 2026

Weekly Slot Tournament Schedule:

Weekly Slot Tournament Prize Structure:

• At the conclusion of each $20,000 Slot Tournament promotional day, the highest scores of the Top Ten (10) Participants between all sessions from that promotional day, will determine the Top Ten (10) winners and shall be announced from the ACCRM ACE Club by a Marketing representative.
• Top Ten (10) Participants will receive a drawing entry towards the August 31, 2026 Grand Finale Drawing.
• In the event of a tie for the top ten (10), a Marketing representative will print and place a system generated drawing entry of the tied qualified participating ACE Club members, into a drawing barrel, located inside the ACCRM ACE Club, to draw and break the tie. The system generated drawing entry will list the ACE Club member’s first and last name, ACE Club account number, date, and a space for the issuing Marketing representative to sign with name and gaming license number.
  • 1st Place – 9th Place ties: The first name selected out of the drawing barrel is the winner and remaining names will be awarded based on the order drawn.
  • 10th Place ties: The first name selected out of the drawing barrel is the winner and remaining names will not qualify for Top Ten (10) and will not be awarded.
• Drawing Barrel will be located inside ACCRM ACE Club, on the back counter under camera coverage.
• Prizes for Top Ten (10) must be claimed by 11:00PM on each promotional day from the ACCRM ACE Club with a Marketing representative (hours of operation for the ACE Club are subject to change, any change to be announced on the Casino Floor).
  • In the event a winner does not claim their prize within the allotted time frame, the prize and drawing entry towards the Grand Final Drawing is forfeited.
  • In the event of a forfeited prize, no new winner will be selected.
• Participants have the opportunity to win once (1) at their Session per promotional week, once (1) in the Top Ten (10) at the conclusion of the weekly tournament per promotional week, and once (1) during the Finale Drawing on August 31, 2026.

Tournament Prize Pool

• Tournament Prize Pool per promotional week: $3,200 FSP
• Combined Total Tournament Prize Pool for entire promotion (Five (5) weeks): $16,000 FSP

Grand Finale Drawing Structure: on Monday, August 31, 2026

• The Grand Finale Drawing Barrel will remain at the ACCRM ACE Club on the counter, under camera coverage from August 3 – August 31, 2026.
• Each promotional day, system generated drawing tickets for 1^st place session winners and Top 10 Tournament winners will be placed in the Grand Finale Drawing Barrel at the ACCRM ACE Club by a Marketing representative.
• Each promotional day, every ACE Club member who ranks in the Top Ten (10) will have one (1) system generated drawing entry placed in the drawing barrel by a Marketing Representative.
• ACE Club members may earn up to two (2) drawing entries per promotional day if they win First (1^st) place in their session and ranked in the Top Ten (10) for that promotional day.
• On the day of the drawings, two (2) Grand Finale Winners will be selected and announced on the ACCRM Casino Floor by a Marketing representative at 9:00PM and 9:30PM from the promotional area at the ACCRM ACE Club to win a FSP prize. (See Drawing Schedule below).
• Each winner will have five (5) minutes to claim their prize from the promotional area at the ACCRM ACE Club with an authorized Marketing representative.
• In the event that a selected winner does not arrive within the allotted timeframe, an authorized Marketing representative will re-draw for a new winner.
• In the event a Grand Finale Drawing winner does not claim their prize within the allotted time frame, the prize is forfeited.
• Must be present to win.

Prize Pool:

• Tournament Prize Pool per promotional week: $3,200 FSP
• Combined Total Tournament Prize Pool for entire promotion (Five) (5) weeks): $16,000 FSP
• Grand Finale Drawings Prize Pool: $4,000 FSP
• Combined Total Prize Pool for entire promotion: $20,000 FSP

SLOT TOURNAMENT RULES:

1. The $20,000 Slot Tournament is limited to one hundred-eighty (180) qualified total participants, per promotional day, on a first come first serve basis.
2. Participants shall register to participate in the $20,000 Slot Tournament on Mondays, August 3 – 31, 2026 beginning at 4:00PM and registration will end when all slot sessions are full or at the start of the last session of the promotional day. 
3. Upon registering with an authorized Marketing representative at the ACCRM Promotional Area near The Show, participants will receive their reminder card which displays their session time, and will be instructed to report to an authorized Marketing representative in the ACCRM Slot Tournament Area in the Expansion Area, five (5) minutes ahead of their assigned session time.
4. The $20,000 Slot Tournament schedule will consist of up to fifteen (15) sessions with up to twelve (12) Participants per session. All sessions will consist of two (2) minutes of tournament play. Session winners will receive a drawing entry ticket towards the Grand Finale Drawings, by a marketing representative once the session winner is determined and the drawing entry ticket will be placed into the drawing barrel
5. A Special Events Shift Manager (or above) can make the decision to extend the hours of the slot tournament should we have enough players to fill additional sessions, or reduce the number of sessions due to lack of participants.
6. In the event of a tie for the session winners, a Marketing representative will print and place a system generated drawing entry of the tied qualified participating ACE Club members, into a drawing barrel, located inside the ACCRM ACE Club, to draw and break the tie. The system generated drawing entry will list the ACE Club member’s first and last name, ACE Club account number, date, and a space for the issuing Marketing representative to sign with name and gaming license number.
   1. The first name selected out of the drawing barrel is deemed the session winner and remaining names will not qualify for the session winner place and will not be awarded
7. In the event of a tie for top ten (10) winners, a Marketing Representative will print and place a system generated drawing entry of the tied qualified participating ACE Club members into a drawing barrel, located inside the ACCRM ACE Club, to draw and break the tie. The system generated drawing entry will list the ACE Club member’s first and last name, ACE Club account number, date, and a space for the issuing Marketing representative to sign with name and gaming license number.
   1. 1^st – 9^th Place tie: The first name selected out of the drawing barrel is the winner and remaining names will be awarded based on the order drawn.
   2. 10^th Place tie: The first name selected out of the drawing barrel is the winner and remaining names will not qualify for Top Ten (10) and will not be awarded.
8. In the event of a tie the drawing entries shall be removed from the respective drawing barrel by a two (2) Marketing Representatives at the conclusion of the promotional day.
9. Upon the conclusion of each promotional day’s final tournament session, the Top Ten (10) Participants will determine the winners for that promotional week and then be announced from the ACCRM ACE Club by a Marketing representative.
10. Winners and rankings will be determined by each participant’s highest scoring session (if they participated in multiple sessions due to a malfunction) at the end of the slot tournament play unless an exception is noted. Scores will be electronically recorded through the IGT Tournament Manager software. Slot tournament scores will be available at the end of the slot tournament.
11. A listing of winners, rankings, and final scores will be available for review at the ACCRM ACE Club, following the conclusion of the tournament on each promotional day. The Winners List will only contain ACE Club account number, ranking, and final scores.
12. Once winners have claimed their prize, the FSP for slot tournament winners on the promotional day will be added onto the participant’s ACE Club account by a Marketing representative.
13. Top 10 winner’s prizes must be claimed by 11:00PM on each promotional day, from the ACE Club with a Marketing representative (hours of operation for the ACE Club are subject to change, any change to be announced on the Casino Floor). In the event that a winner does not claim their prize within the allotted time frame, the prize is forfeited. In the event of a forfeited prize, no new winner will be selected.
14. In the event of a slot machine malfunction, the participant at the malfunctioning slot machine will be placed into another session for the Round. If the malfunction occurs during the last session of that Round, the participant will replay the session immediately following the conclusion of the group Round. If all scheduled sessions are full, additional session(s) will be added as needed.
15. In the event a Participant is delayed in arriving to their assigned session, the Special Events Shift Manager (or above) reserves the right to assign the participant to a new session, provided that:
    • There is an unoccupied position available in a later session.
    • There are no new sessions added as a result of the late arrival.
16. In the event that a qualified ACE Club member arrives late to their assigned session time and all remaining sessions are occupied, the qualified ACE Club member will forfeit that session participation in the Slot Tournament. 
17. Excessive force used on the slot machines will be subject to disqualification from the slot tournament.

GRAND FINALE DRAWING RULES:

1. Only 1st place session winners and Top Ten Weekly Winners for each promotional day (August 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31, 2026) are eligible to participate in the $20,000 Slot Tournament Grand Finale Drawings.
2. Winners must be present at the time of the drawings to win.
3. ACE Club members may only win once (1) in the grand finale drawings.
4. All drawing promotions shall have a thirty (30) minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.
5. Drawing entries are system generated and placed in the Grand Finale Drawing Barrel located at the ACCRM ACE Club by an authorized Marketing representative. Drawing entries are pre-printed and numbered sequentially and will state the ACE Club Members first and last name, ACE Club card number, and date. In addition, the authorized Marketing representative who issued the ticket will sign with their name and badge number.
6. In the event of a system outage, sequentially numbered, manual generic drawing entry tickets will be used. Manual drawing entries ticket will include space provided for the Marketing representative to print the name of the event, date, ACE Club member’s first and last name, ACE Club account number, and issuing team member initial and badge number. The drawing entry will be deposited into the drawing barrel by an authorized Marketing representative.
7. Per the drawing schedule (see above):  Any transportation of the Grand Finale or Tie Drawing Barrels to/from the promotional area at the ACCRM ACE Club shall require a Security Officer escort and notification to the ACGC Surveillance Department. At each drawing time, an authorized Marketing representative, with additional authorized Marketing representative serving as a witness, will spin the Grand Finale Drawing Barrel to mix the drawing entries. At 9:00PM and 9:30PM, two (2) drawing entries shall be selected, awarding the winners $1,000 in FSP. Drawing times are subject to change.
8. Winners will be announced by an authorized Marketing representative from the promotional area at the ACCRM ACE Club and will have five (5) minutes to report to the promotional area to claim their prize. If a valid winner is not verified within the time limit, an authorized Marketing representative will redraw until a valid winner is verified. Winners who do not arrive in the allotted time frame will forfeit their participation in the winner selection process for the drawing. An authorized Marketing representative, with one (1) Marketing representative serving as a witness, will mark the expired drawing entry as "no show" or "ineligible winner" and sign with time, name, and gaming license number on the drawing entry. The Winners Log shall also be noted by at least one (1) authorized Marketing representative as "no show" or "ineligible winner" and signed with time, name, and gaming license number of an authorized Marketing representative.
9. Once a drawing entry is selected and the winning name is announced, the player will have five (5) minutes to report to the promotional area. Winners may also contact a Slot or Security Department employee. The Slot or Security Department employee will notify an authorized Marketing representative that a winner has identified themselves within the five (5) minute time limit and is being sent to the promotional area to be verified as an eligible winner before another name is drawn. The winner’s drawing and eligibility will be verified by two (2) authorized Marketing representatives before the prize is awarded. A Winners Log will be kept to indicate the entries drawn, winner’s name(s) and any drawing entries drawn that are “ineligible “or “no-shows”
10. Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (as applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.
11. Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e., driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize.
12. For each winner selected, an authorized Marketing representative will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date and time of the promotion, winner's first and last name and ACE Club number, the award or prize won. The authorized Marketing representative shall sign the log with their name and gaming license number attesting to the prize distribution. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.

GENERAL RULES

1. Must be 21 years of age or older to participate.
2. Must be or become an ACE Club member to participate and claim a prize.
3. Restricted players are not eligible for this promotion.
4. Limit of one (1) complimentary Slot Tournament entry per participant per promotional day.
5. Limit of one (1) Active Aces 55+ Bonus: $5 Java Caliente Voucher per age 55+ ACE Club member per week.
6. Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.
7. Ace, Edge, or Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club brochures.
8. If applicable all drawing promotions shall have a thirty (30) minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.
9. Players are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf.
10. Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (as applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.
11. For each prize won, a Marketing representative will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date and time of the promotion, winner's name, winner's ACE Club number and the award or prize won, along with the representative’s signature and gaming license number. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.
12. The Winner’s Release Form will include space for two employee signatures: One (1) Marketing representative and one (1) additional signature of a Marketing representative for verification. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.
13. Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards. Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize.
14. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.
15. Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc., are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.
16. Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use. 
17. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
18. The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having "tampered", in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to "tampering" with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).
19. Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.
20. All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.
21. All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
22. Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:
    1. $1 - $100 – Expires in 24 hours
    2. $101 - $1,500 – Expires in 30 days
23. Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.
24. A copy of the promotion rules must be available for the public during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
25. The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
