Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City & Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs 

July 6– December 31, 2026

In preparation of the Grand Opening of the newest Agua Caliente Fuel stations in Palm Springs & Cathedral City. Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City and Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs, (hereinafter referred to as ACCCC & ACCPS in the promotional rules), will host AC Fuel Free Gas for a Year. On each promotional day, ACE Club members who present their Agua Caliente Fuel receipt of $25-USD or more of fuel at the ACCCC or ACCPS ACE Club may redeem a drawing entry into the drawing barrel for a chance to win a $5,000 Agua Fuel Gift Card. Drawings will be held at ACCPS and ACCCC ACE Clubs on the last Monday of each month during the promotional period. ACE Club members will be notified via property advertisements, e-blast, and direct marketing. 

Here’s How it Works:

Location: ACCCC & ACCPS ACE Clubs 

Date/Times: 

·      Mondays from July 6 – August 24, 2026 (during ACCCC & ACCPS ACE Club operating hours)

·      Mondays – Thursdays from September 1 – December 24, 2026 (during ACCCC & ACCPS ACE Club operating hours)

·      Mondays, July 27, August 31, September 28, October 26, November 30, & December 28, 2026 (ACCCC & ACCPS ACE Club opens – until 7:59PM )

Drawing Entry:

Each promotional day from July 6 - December 28, 2026, each ACE Club Member who presents a receipt for Fuel of $25- USD or morefrom any Agua Caliente Fuel station to an authorized Marketing representative at ACCCC or ACCPS ACE Clubs, shall receive one (1) system generated drawing entry to be placed in the drawing barrel.

·      ACE Club members must visit the ACCCC or ACCPSACE Club and present their Agua Caliente Fuel receipt to an authorized Marketing representative (or above) on promotional day within seven (7) calendar days of the receipt date to receive one (1) system generated drawing entry into the drawing barrel.

·      Drawing entries may only be redeemed at the ACCCC or ACCPS ACE Club during ACE Club operating hours on the following promotional dates:

o   Mondays, July 6 – July 20, 2026

o   Mondays, August 3 – August 24, 2026

o   Mondays – Thursdays, September 1– September 24, 2026

o   Mondays – Thursdays, October 1– October 22, 2026

o   Mondays – Thursdays, November 2 – November 26, 2026 

o   Mondays – Thursdays, December 1 – December 24, 2026 

·      On the promotional drawing dates (July 27, August 31, September 28, October 26, November 30, & December 28, 2026) drawing entries may be redeemed at the ACCCC or ACCPS ACE Club from the time ACCCC or ACCPS ACE Club opens – until 7:59PM. 

·      To be considered a qualifying receipt is solely based on the amount on one (1) individual physical Agua Caliente Fuel receipt.

o   Receipts must contain $25-USD or more of fuelto qualify. 

o   Receipts may contain other purchased items, but MUST contain $25-USD or more of fuel to qualify.

o   Receipts of only purchased food & beverages do not qualify.

o   Receipts from Java Caliente located inside of the Agua Caliente Fuel do not qualify.

o   Electronic receipts or an image of a receipt do not qualify.

o   Receipts cannot be combined to reach the minimum Fuel of $25- USD or more

·      Only valid on purchases made with cash, credit or debit cards. Points, Comps, Resort Credits or Gift Cards are not eligible forms of tender for this promotion. ACE Club Members must present payment in the form of cash or credit or debit card for their transaction to qualify.

·      Only original qualifying receipts (not copies) shall be accepted by the ACCCC or ACCPSACE Club. 

·      ACE Club members will be required to surrender their receipt to an authorized Marketing representative at the ACCCC or ACCPSACE Club in order to redeem their system generated drawing entry. 

o   Copies of receipts may be issued upon request at the ACCCC or ACCPSACE Club.   

·      Limit one (1) system generated drawing entry per qualifying Agua Caliente Fuel receipt of $25-USD or more per ACE Club member per promotional day.

·      For the duration of the promotion, one (1) drawing barrel will be located at each ACE Club – ACCCC and ACCPS, under camera coverage. 

Drawing Structure:

·      Drawings will be held on the last Monday of each month (July 27, August 31, September 28, October 26, November 30, & December 28, 2026) at both ACCPS and ACCCC ACE Clubs at 8:00PM.

·      There will be one (1) winner per drawing at each property (ACCCC & ACCPS only). Totaling two (2) winners combined per promotional day.

·      ACE Club members may only win once (1) per promotional day across the two (2) properties. 

·      Drawings will be conducted from ACCCC and ACCPS ACE Club and winners will be announced on to the Casino Floor by a Marketing Representative.  

·      Each winner will receive one (1) $5,000 Agua Fuel Gift Card.

·      FSP or OTUNNC can be chosen instead of the Gift Card if requested by the winner.

·      If the Winner claims their prize within five (5) minutes, the winner will receive an additional $500 Free Slot Play/ One-Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips (hereinafter referred to as FSP & OTUNNC) to their prize.

·      Winners have seventy-two (72) hours to claim their prize from the ACE Club in which their name was called with an ACE Club representative (or above). 

§  If the winner does not claim their prize within the 72-hour claiming period, they forfeit their prize and no new winner will be re-drawn.

Prize Pool:

Per month per property: $5,000 Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Card/ FSP/OTUNNC and up to $500 FSP/OTUNNC.

Per month both properties: $10,000 Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Cards/ FSP/OTUNNC and up to $1,000 FSP/OTUNNC.

Full promotion one property: $30,000 Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Cards/ FSP/OTUNNC and up to $3,000 FSP/OTUNNC.

Full promotion both properties: $60,000 Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Cards/ FSP/OTUNNC and up to $6,000 FSP/OTUNNC.

DRAWING RULES:

1.     Must be an ACE Club member to participate in the drawings.

2.     ACE Club members may only win once (1) per promotional day across the two (2) properties.

3.     All drawing promotions shall have a thirty (30) minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.

4.     A system generated drawing entry ticket will be printed as an entry into the drawings. This system generated drawing entry ticket will list the ACE Club member’s first and last name, ACE Club account number, date, and a space for the issuing authorized Marketing representative to sign with name and gaming license number. The drawing entry ticket will be deposited into the drawing barrel by an authorized Marketing representative.

5.     In the event of a system outage, sequentially numbered, manual drawing entries will be used. Drawing entries ticket will include space provided for the Marketing representative to print the name of the event, date, ACE Club member’s first and last name, ACE Club account number, and issuing team member initial and badge number. The drawing entry will be deposited into the drawing barrel by an authorized Marketing representative. 

6.     ACE Club members can only win at the Agua Caliente Casino property in which their system generated drawing entry(ies) were issued.

7.     For the duration of the event, one (1) drawing barrel will be located at the ACCPS and ACCCC ACE Clubs under camera coverage. All ACE Club members will verify by presenting their Agua Caliente Fuel receipt and surrendering their receipt to an authorized Marketing representative for a system generated drawing entry, an authorized Marketing representative will deposit one (1) drawing entry into the drawing barrel. 

8.     Per the drawing schedule: At the drawing time, an authorized Marketing representative, with an additional authorized Marketing representative serving as a witness, will spin the drawing barrel to mix the drawing entries. At the specified drawing time, one (1) drawing entry shall be selected at each property (ACCPS and ACCCC), awarding the $5,000 Agua Fuel Gift Card/FSP/OTUNNC and $500 FSP/OTUNNC (as applicable).

9.     ACE Club members do not have to be present to win. Winners will have 72 hours to claim their prize at the ACE Club where they won with an ACE Club Representative (or above). However, if the Winner is present at the time of drawing, and claims their prize from their respective ACE Club within five (5) minutes, the Winner will receive an additional $500 Free Slot Play/OTUNNC to their prize. 

10.  Winners may also contact a Slot or Security Department employee. The Slot or Security Department employee will notify an authorized Marketing representative that a winner has identified themselves within the five (5) minute time limit and is being sent to the drawing area to be verified as an eligible winner.

11.  FSP or OTUNNC can be chosen instead of the Gift Card if requested by the winner. FSP or OTUNNC will be issued in the same amount as the Gift Card.

12.  Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (as applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

13.  Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e., driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize. 

14.  The Winner’s Release Form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) Marketing representative and one (1) additional signature of an authorized Marketing representative for verification. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State, and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.

15.  For each winner selected, an authorized Marketing representative will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date and time of the promotion, winner's name, winner's ACE Club number, the award or prize won. The authorized Marketing representative shall sign the log with their name and gaming license number attesting to the prize distribution. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize. 

16.  The drawing barrel will be emptied of all drawing entries at the end of the promotional drawing day by an ACE Club representative or above.

GENERAL RULES:

1.     Must be 21 years or older to participate.  

2.     Must be or become an ACE Club member to participate.

3.     Restricted players are not eligible for all promotions/events.

4.     Participating ACE Club members are limited to one (1) drawing entry offer per promotional day.

5.     Qualifying Agua Caliente Fuel receipts must be redeemed at ACCCC or ACCPS ACE Clubs only.

6.     Only original qualifying receipts (not copies) shall be accepted by the ACCCC or ACCPSACE Club. Patrons will be required to surrender their receipt in order to redeem their offer. Copies of receipts may be issued to patrons upon request.

7.     Full or partial casino comps, room charges, points, resort credits and payments with gift cards are excluded from this offer.

8.     Employees of Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate. 

9.     Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from use of these offers.

10.  Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.

11.  Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures. 

12.  ACE Club Members are not permitted to designate a representative to collect rewards on their behalf

13.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

14.  The Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

15.  The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having "tampered", in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to "tampering" with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

16.  Facsimiles or reproduction of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.  

17.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.

18.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures. 

19.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

20.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos websites. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion. 

21.  Redeemed offer must be received in either all FSP or all OTUNNCs (no partial payments)

22.  OTUNNCs prizes will be issued via a voucher at the ACE Club by an authorized Marketing representative (or above) to the ACE Club Member. The OTUNNCs voucher is to be paid out at the Main Cage. OTUNNCs vouchers expire twenty-four (24) hours after issuance.

23.  Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:

·      $101 - $1,500 – Expires in 30 Days

·      $1,501 - $5,000 – Expires in 60 Days

24.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
