Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs & Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC respectively in the promotion rules), otherwise known as the Agua Caliente Casinos, will host the $300,000 Desert Gold Sweepstakes on Fridays, from August 7 - 28, 2026. ACE Club members shall have the opportunity to participate in a Daytime and/or Nighttime Game Experience and win up to $750 in Free Slot Play or One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips (hereinafter referred to as FSP or OTUNNCs), and an opportunity to be entered into the into the Daytime and/or Nighttime Grand Finale Drawing’s for a chance to win $12,500 in Cash. ACE Club members will be notified of this promotion via direct marketing offers, e-blast, and/or property collateral.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

ACE Club members who play on the Casino Floor at any Agua Caliente Casino will have the opportunity to be drawn to participate in the $300,000 Desert Gold Sweepstakes Game Experience and win up to $750 in FSP or OTUNNCs, and an entry into the Daytime and/or Nighttime Grand Finale Drawing’s for that promotional day. ACE Club members must earn electronic drawing entries by playing on eligible slot machines with their ACE Club Card properly inserted at any Agua Caliente Casino (including Agua Caliente Fuel (Rancho Mirage & Palm Springs), slots only), or by actively playing at a live table game with an open rating anywhere on the Casino Floor (excluding Agua Caliente Fuel).

·      Electronic Entry earning: 5:00AM and ends ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing each promotional day.

Electronic Drawing Entry Earning Slot Machine:

·      Electronic drawing entry earning begins at 5:00AM and ends ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing on each promotional day at any Agua Caliente Casino, including Agua Caliente Fuel (Rancho Mirage & Palm Springs).

o   (See “The Following Rules Apply to Promotional Drawings using PlayerSoft”, Rule #3(a, b) & #4).

·      ACE Club Card must be properly inserted into a slot machine to earn electronic drawing entries.

·      Every ten (10) slot points earned = One (1) electronic drawing entry.

·      Every $10 dollars played on slot machines equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals three (3) slot points. Rated table games play and live poker table play do not qualify for slot points. Slot points must be earned through slots or video poker only(with the exception of video poker machines containing roulette).

·      Entries earned will be accumulative between each Agua Caliente Casino property and will expire each promotional day after the last drawing is complete.

·      Electronic drawing entries can be earned based on slot play at any of the Agua Caliente Casino properties, including Agua Caliente Fuel, while playing with their ACE Club Card properly inserted.

·      To be eligible, entries must be activated within one (1) hour and at least ten (10) minutes prior to each drawing time, by playing slots with an ACE Club Card properly inserted in a slot machine.

o   Any entries earned during the last ten (10) minutes prior to the drawing will not qualify for that drawing but will qualify for the next following drawing (as applicable).

·      Slot points earned through retail purchases will not qualify towards the slot point requirements.

·      IMPORTANT: Electronic drawing entries can be earned based on slot play while playing with their ACE Club Card properly inserted at any of the Agua Caliente Casino properties, including Agua Caliente Fuel (Rancho Mirage & Palm Springs).

Electronic Drawings Entry Earning Table Games:

·       Electronic drawing entry earning begins at 5:00AM and ends ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing on each promotional day at any Agua Caliente Casino.

o   (See “The Following Rules Apply to Promotional Drawings using PlayerSoft”, Rule 4, 5, & 6 (a)(b)(c)).

·       $5 table games theoretical win = One (1) electronic drawing entry.  

·      To activate their earned entries, the ACE Club member must begin a session of play at a table game within one (1) hour before each drawing.

·      Open table games ratings will be closed by a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) starting thirty (30) minutes prior to the first drawing and every one (1) hour until the end of the drawings for earned entries.

·      If a player is actively playing, Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) will close the rating and then re-open their rating immediately. This process must be repeated for each time indicated below. 

o   9:30AM close of rating– qualifies for 10:00AM – 10:30AM drawings

o   10:30AM close of rating– qualifies for 11:00AM – 11:30AM drawings

o   11:30AM close of rating– qualifies for 12:00PM – 12:30PM drawings

o   12:30PM close of rating– qualifies for 1:00PM – 1:30PM drawings

o   1:30PM close of rating– qualifies for 2:00PM – 2:30PM drawings

o   2:30PM close of rating– qualifies for 3:00PM – 3:30PM drawings

o   3:30PM close of rating– qualifies for 4:00PM – 4:30PM drawings

o   4:30PM close of rating– qualifies for 5:30PM drawing

o   5:30PM close of rating – qualifies for 6:00PM – 6:30PM drawings

o   6:30PM close of rating – qualifies for 7:00PM – 7:30PM drawings

·      To be eligible, players must have rated table games play within one (1) hour of each drawing time.

o   Any entries earned during the last ten (10) minutes prior to the drawing will not qualify for that drawing but will qualify for the next following drawing (as applicable).

·       Entries earned will be accumulative between each Agua Caliente Casino property and will expire each promotional day after the last drawing is complete.

·      IMPORTANT: Electronic table game drawing entries can be earned based on carded table games play at any Agua Caliente Casino properties (excluding Agua Caliente Fuel).

Daytime Preliminary Drawings:

·      On Fridays, August 7 - 28, 2026, beginning at 10:00AM - 4:30PM, one (1) winner shall be selected every thirty (30) minutes by a Marketing representative from the designated promotional area at each Agua Caliente Casino, to participate in the $300,000 Desert Gold Sweepstakes Game Experience for the chance to win up to $750 in FSP or OTUNNCs (please see Preliminary Drawing Schedule below). 

·      Daytime Winners will also be given two (2) reminder cards, one (1) Daytime & one (1) Nighttime, instructing the winner to return to the designated promotional area at any Agua Caliente Casino property on the same promotional day between 3:50PM – 4:50PM for the Daytime Grand Finale Drawings and/or between 8:50PM – 9:50PM for the Nighttime Grand Finale Drawings (if they were not selected as a winner in the Daytime Grand Finale Drawing), to check-in and register for a system generated drawing ticket towards either the Daytime or Nighttime Grand Finale Drawing with a Marketing representative. 

o   The reminder card will include the daytime preliminary drawing winner’s first and last name, ACE Club number, date, and a Marketing representative signature and badge number. 

·      Each winner will have five (5) minutes to identify themselves as the winner of the drawing at the designated promotional area with a Marketing representative.

o   In the event that a winner does not show up within the allotted time, we will re-draw for another winner.

o   Re-draw Winners will have five (5) minutesto claim designated promotional area with a Marketing representative. If winner does not claim within the allotted time, a new winner will be drawn.

·      Must be present to win. 

·      Fourteen (14) Daytime Preliminary Drawing Winners (hereinafter referred to as selected game experience participants) per promotional day per Agua Caliente Casino property.

·      ACE Club members will be eligible to win up to two (2) times per promotional day: One (1) time during either the Daytime or Nighttime Preliminary Drawings and one (1) time during either the Daytime or Nighttime Grand Finale Drawings.

o   ACE Club members may win a maximum of four (4) times during the promotional period in either the Daytime or Nighttime Preliminary Drawings and a maximum of one (1) time in either the Daytime or Nighttime Grand Finale Drawings.

Nighttime Preliminary Drawings:

·      On Fridays, August 7 - 28, 2026, beginning at 5:30PM until 9:30PM, one (1) winner shall be selected every thirty (30) minutes by a Marketing representative from the designated promotional area at each Agua Caliente Casino, to participate in the $300,000 Desert Gold Sweepstakes Game Experience for the chance to win up to $750 in FSP or OTUNNCseach (please see Preliminary Drawing Schedule below). 

·      Nighttime winners will also be given one (1) nighttime reminder card instructing the winner to return to the designated promotional area at any Agua Caliente Casino property on the same promotional day between 8:50PM – 9:50PM (only if the participant was not selected as a Daytime Grand Finale Winner), to check-in and register for a system generated drawing ticket towards the Nighttime Grand Finale Drawing with a Marketing representative.  

o   The reminder card will include the nighttime preliminary drawing winner’s first and last name, ACE Club number, date, and a Marketing representative signature and badge number. 

·      Each winner will have five (5) minutes to identify themselves as the winner of the drawing at the designated promotional area with a Marketing representative.

o   In the event that a winner does not show up within the allotted time, we will re-draw for another winner.

o   Re-draw Winners will have five (5) minutesto claim designated promotional area with a Marketing representative. If winner does not claim within the allotted time, a new winner will be drawn.

·      Must be present to win 

·      Nine (9) nighttime preliminary winners (hereinafter referred to as selected game experience participants) per promotional day per Agua Caliente Casino property.

·      ACE Club members will be eligible to win up to two (2) times per promotional day: one (1) time during either the Daytime or Nighttime Preliminary Drawings and one (1) time during the either Daytime or Nighttime Grand Finale Drawings.

o   ACE Club members may win a maximum of four (4) times during the promotional period in either the Daytime or Nighttime Preliminary Drawings and a maximum of one (1) time in either the Daytime or Nighttime Grand Finale Drawings. 

Preliminary Drawing Schedule:

o   Total preliminary winners per promotional day per Agua Caliente Casino property: 23

o   Total preliminary winners per promotional day across all (3) Agua Caliente Casinos: 69

o   Combined Total preliminary winners across all properties per promotional period (4 Weeks):  276

$300,000 Desert Gold Sweepstakes Game Experience:

·      In the game experience, each winner selected will have the opportunity to spin the digital wheel one (1) time to reveal a Free Play or OTUNNCs prize amount. The Digital Wheel will consist of twenty-seven (27) prize spaces.

·      At each drawing time, the selected game experience participant will have the opportunity to spin the digital wheel. The space the digital wheel lands on will determine the FSP or OTUNNCs prize amount based on the chart above. 

·      “A full 360-degree wheel spin (or greater) must be completed to be considered an “eligible wheel spin”.

o   In the event the wheel does not complete a full 360-degree wheel spin (or greater), the ACE Club member will have to spin the wheel again.”

·      The selected game experience participant will only be awarded the FSP or OTUNNCs prize amount that is displayed on Digital Wheel after their spin.

·      The prize must be selected in either all FSP or all OTUNNCs (no partial payments).

Prize Pool for $300,000 Desert Gold Sweepstakes Game Experience:

·      Per Property Per Each Promotional Day: Up to $17,250 FSP/OTUNNCs

·      Combined All Properties Per Promotional Day: Up to $51,750 FSP/OTUNNCs

·      Combined per Promotional period (4 weeks): Up to $207,000 FSP/OTUNNCs

ACCPS Physical Drawing Barrel: 

·      Each promotional day from 3:50PM – 4:50PM, winners of the Daytime Preliminary Drawings may check-in with a Marketing representative at the designated promotional area at any Agua Caliente Casino property, to register for a system generated drawing ticket towards the Daytime Grand Finale Drawing that includes, the ACE Club members first and last name and ACE Club card number. The system generated drawing ticket will be dropped into the clear drawing barrel at ACCPS only.

·      Each promotional day from 8:50PM – 9:50PM, winners of both, the Nighttime Preliminary Drawings and Daytime Preliminary Drawings (excluding Daytime Grand Finale winners) may check-in with a Marketing representative at the designated promotional area at any Agua Caliente Casino property, to register for a system generated drawing ticket towards the Nighttime Grand Finale Drawing that includes, the ACE Club members first and last name and ACE Club card number. The system generated drawing ticket will be dropped into the clear drawing barrel at ACCPS only.

·      In order to register for a system generated drawing ticket, Preliminary Drawing winners must present their ACE Club Card, valid, physical ID and reminder card to the Marketing representative.

o   Winners checked-in and verified by a Marketing representative at ACCPS will have a system generated drawing ticket printed and dropped into the clear drawing barrel at the ACCPS promotional area.

o   Winners at ACCRM or ACCCC will be checked-in and verified by a Marketing representative at the respective property. The ACCRM or ACCCC Marketing representative will then notify a Marketing representative at ACCPS via email a list of the verified winners. The Marketing representative at ACCPS will then print and drop the winner’s system generated drawing ticket into the clear drawing barrel, located at ACCPS promotional area.

·      Preliminary Drawing Winners can only have their system generated drawing ticket dropped into the clear drawing barrel by a Marketing representative at the ACCPS promotional area on the promotional day in which they won.

Grand Finale Drawings:

·      At 5:00PM, on each promotional day, one (1) winner from across all (3) three Agua Caliente Casino properties will be chosen by a Marketing representative, with an additional Marketing representative serving as witness from the clear drawing barrel at the ACCPS promotional area for a chance to win the Daytime Grand Prize. 

·      At 10:00PM, on each promotional day, one (1) winner from across all (3) three Agua Caliente Casino properties will be chosen by a Marketing representative, with an additional Marketing representative serving as witness from the clear drawing barrel at the ACCPS promotional area for a chance to win the Nighttime Grand Prize. 

·      The 5:00PM & 10:00PM Grand Finale Drawings will be conducted from the promotional area at ACCPS by a Marketing representative & announced by an Emcee that will then be broadcasted at each Agua Caliente Casino property’s promotional area via simulcast.

·      Upon verification of the Daytime Grand Finale Winner, a Marketing Representative will inform the winner they are only able to win one (1) time in either the Daytime or Nighttime Grand Finale Drawing throughout the promotional period. 

·      The winner will have five (5) minutes to identify themselves as a winner of the Grand Finale Drawing at their respective promotional area with a Marketing representative.

·      In the event that a winner does not show up within the allotted time, we will re-draw for another winner.

o   Re-draw winners will have five (5) minutes to claim. If winner does not claim within the allotted time, a new winner will be drawn.

·      Must be present at any Agua Caliente Casino property to win.

·      Grand Prize Option 1: $12,500 Cash.

o   Grand Prize Option 2: $12,500 FSP or OTUNNCs (See General Rules #17 - #20)

·      The Grand Prize Winners must be present to win. If they do not claim in the allotted time-frame, an authorized Marketing representative will redraw for a new winner. 

·      ACE Club members will be eligible to win up to two (2) times per promotional day: one (1) time during either the Daytime or Nighttime Preliminary Drawings per promotional day and one (1) time during the either Daytime or Nighttime Grand Finale Drawings per promotional period.

·      Each promotional day at the conclusion of the Daytime & Nighttime Grand Finale Drawings, the drawing barrel will be emptied out by an authorized Marketing representative in preparation for the following applicable Grand Finale Drawings. 

·      Total Grand Prize Winner per promotional day across all properties: 2

·      Total Grand Prize Winners per promotional period across all properties (4 weeks): 8

Prize Pool:

·      Preliminary Drawings (4 weeks):

o   Prize Pool per property per promotional day: Up to $17,250 FSP/ OTUNNCs. 

o   Combined Prize Pool across all properties per promotional day: Up to $51,750 FSP/ OTUNNCs. 

o   Combined Total Prize Pool across all properties per promotional period (4 weeks): Up to $207,000 FSP/ OTUNNCs.  

·      Grand Finale Drawings (4 weeks):

o   Grand Prize (Daytime & Nighttime) Option 1:

§  Cost per promotional day: $12,500 + $12,500 = $25,000 Cash

§  Cost per promotional period (4 weeks): $100,000 Cash

o   Grand Prize (Daytime & Nighttime) Option 2:

§  Cost per promotional day: $12,500 + $12,500 = $25,000 FSP or OTUNNCs

§  Cost per promotional period (4 weeks): $100,000 FSP or OTUNNCs

§  Total Prize Pool Combined (4 weeks): Up to $307,000 combination of FSP/OTUNNC/Cash

The Following Rules Apply to Promotional Drawings using PlayerSoft: 

1.     Slot players must earn electronic drawing entries by accumulating slot points. Players can accumulate slot points while playing slot machines anywhere on the Casino Floor with their ACE Club Card properly inserted into a slot machine, at ACCRM, ACCPS, ACCCC and Agua Caliente Fuel. Slot players earn one (1) electronic drawing entry per ten (10) slot points earned during the promotional period. Electronic drawing entries are automatically entered into the PlayerSoft “virtual” drawing barrel.

2.     All qualifying slot points and/or table games ratings for the $300,000 Desert Gold Sweepstakes must be earned starting at 5:00AM and ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing on each promotional day. Slot points can be earned at any Agua Caliente Casino including Agua Caliente Fuel. (See “Electronic Drawing Entry Earning Slot Machines”). Table Games ratings can be earned at any Agua Caliente Casino excluding Agua Caliente Fuel.

3.     Slot Players must activate their electronic drawing entries on the day of each drawing. In order to successfully activate electronic drawing entries towards each drawing, the qualified ACE Club members will be required to follow the below steps:

a.       Using their ACE Club Card, the ACE Club member will begin a session of play at a slot machine. 

b.       The ACE Club member must close their rating by removing their ACE Club Card from a slot machine at least ten (10) minutes prior to any upcoming drawing time. This process must be repeated for every drawing time to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum. 

4.     For slot players and table game players, all electronic drawing entries must be activated within one (1) hour and at least ten (10) minutes prior to each drawing time in order to be eligible to win. A sweep will be done on PlayerSoft ten (10) minutes prior to the drawing time to begin populating entries earned up to that point for winners. Announcements will be made on the Casino Floor from each promotional area throughout the drawing day to remind patrons how and when to activate their electronic drawing entries.

5.     Table Games players earn electronic drawing entries by accumulating a $5 table game theoretical win while playing at a table with their ACE Club Card. Table game players earn one (1) electronic drawing entry per $5 table game theoretical win accumulated during the promotional period. Table game entries can be earned at Agua Caliente Casinos excluding Agua Caliente Fuel(See “Table Game Electronic Drawing Entry Earning”).

6.     Table Games players must activate their electronic drawing entries on the day of the drawings. In order to successfully activate electronic drawing entries towards each drawing, the qualified ACE Club members will be required to follow the below steps. 

a.       Using their ACE Club Card, the ACE Club member must begin a session of play at a table game within one (1) hour before each drawing session.

b.       A Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) must close all player ratings thirty (30) minutes prior to the first drawing and every one (1) hour until the end of the promotion to activate the electronic drawing.

c.       If a player is actively playing at the time of activation, a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) will close the rating to activate entries and then re-open their rating immediately. This process must be repeated for each open rating, to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum since the last activation.

7.     Once an electronic drawing entry is selected and the winning name is announced, the player will have five (5) minutes to report to the designated drawing area. Winners may also contact a Slot or Security Department employee. The Slot or Security Department employee will notify a Marketing representative that a winner has identified themselves within the five (5) minute time limit and is being sent to the drawing area to be verified as an eligible winner before another name is drawn. The winner’s drawing and eligibility will be verified by two (2) Marketing representatives before the prize is awarded. A Winners Log will be kept to indicate the entries drawn, winner’s name(s) and any electronic drawing entries drawn that are “ineligible “or “no-shows”.

8.     All drawing promotions shall have a thirty (30) minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.

9.     Must be present to win. In the event that a winner does not show up, we will re-draw for another winner. This allows another ACE Club member an opportunity to win in that drawing. In the event the winner does not show up to claim their prize within the allotted five (5) minute period,that winner will be marked as a “no-show” on the Winners Log. A Marketing representative, with one (1) authorized Marketing representative serving as a witness, will mark the expired drawing entry as "no show" or "ineligible winner" and sign with time, name, and gaming license number on the drawing entry. The Winners Log shall also be noted by at least one (1) authorized Marketing representative as "no show" or "ineligible winner" and signed with time, name, and gaming license number of the authorized Marketing representative

10.  Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards.). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize.

11.  Players are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf. 

12.  For OTUNNCs prizes, a Marketing representative will verify each winner’s ID and ACE Club Card before prizes are issued. A Marketing representative will require the winner to sign the Winners Log before issuing OTUNNCs prizes comp voucher to the ACE Club member’s account. Once the voucher has printed, the authorized issuer (or above) will sign the voucher with name and gaming license number and instruct the winner to present the voucher to the Main Cashier’s Cage to receive their prize in OTUNNCs. OTUNNCs vouchers expire twenty-four (24) hours after issuance.

13.  Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (as applicable). 

14.  The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds 

15.  Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from the award or use of the prize.

16.  The Winners Release Form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) Marketing representative, and one (1) additional signature for verification, completed by a Marketing representative. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.

17.  For each electronic drawing entry drawn, a Marketing representative will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date and time of the promotion; winner's name and ACE Club number; and the award or prize won. The Marketing representative will sign with name and gaming license number on the last page of the log attesting to the prize distribution. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.

18.  In the event that all systems go OFFLINE and become inoperable for any reason, the on-site ACGC Gaming Inspector Department and ACGC Surveillance Department will be notified immediately. Drawings will cease until the system is back online and fully operational. No manual drawing entries or prizes will be issued in lieu of the system being “offline.” 

19.  Electronic drawing entries earned will expire each promotional day after the last drawing is complete.

GRAND FINALE DRAWING ENTRY RULES: 

1.     Winners must be present at the time of the drawings to win. 

2.     All drawing promotions shall have a thirty (30) minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.

3.     Drawing Tickets are system generated upon registering with a Marketing representative in the promotional area and will then be printed at ACCPS only. The drawing tickets will include the ACE Club members first and last name, ACE Club card number, date, issuing Team Members initial and badge.

4.     For the duration of the event (on the promotional day), the drawing barrel will be located at ACCPS’s designated promotional area, under ACGC Camera Surveillance. 

a.     Winners checked-in and verified by a Marketing representative at ACCPS, will have a system generated drawing ticket printed and dropped into the clear drawing barrel at ACCPS.

b.     Winners at ACCRM or ACCCC will be checked-in and verified by a Marketing representative at the respective property. The ACCRM or ACCCC Marketing representative will then notify a Marketing representative at ACCPS of the verified winners via email. The Marketing representative at ACCPS will then print and drop a system generated drawing ticket into the clear drawing barrel located at the ACCPS promotional area.

5.     Per the Physical Drawing Barrel Ticket Drop- Off and Grand Finale Drawings (see above): Any transportation of the drawing barrel to/from the Promotional Area shall require a Security escort and notification to the ACGC Surveillance Department. At the drawing time, a Marketing representative, with additional Marketing representative serving as a witness, will spin the drawing barrel to mix the system generated drawing tickets. At each drawing time, 5:00PM and 10:00PM, one (1) drawing ticket shall be selected by a Marketing representative, awarding the winner the Grand Prize.

6.     System Generated Drawing Tickets shall be removed from the clear drawing barrel by two (2) Marketing representatives upon conclusion of the Daytime Grand Finale Drawings and at the conclusion Nighttime Grand Finale Drawing each promotional day.

7.     Grand Finale be conducted from the promotional area at ACCPS by a Marketing representative & announced by an Emcee that will then be broadcasted at each Agua Caliente Casino property’s promotional area via simulcast and will have five (5) minutes to report to a Marketing representative in the promotional area to claim their prize. If a valid winner is not verified within the time limit, a Marketing representative (or above) will redraw until a valid winner is verified. Winners who do not arrive in the allotted time frame will forfeit their participation in the winner selection process for that respective drawing. A Marketing representative, with one (1) Marketing representative serving as a witness, will mark the expired drawing entry as "no show" or "ineligible winner" and sign with time, name, and gaming license number on the drawing entry. The Winners Log shall also be noted by at least one (1) Marketing representative as "no show" or "ineligible winner" and signed with time, name, and gaming license number of a Marketing representative. 

8.     Once a drawing ticket is selected and the winning name is announced, the winner will have five (5) minutes to report to the drawing area. Winners may also contact a Slot or Security Department employee. The Slot or Security Department employee will notify a Marketing representative that a winner has identified themselves within the five (5) minute time limit and is being sent to the drawing area to be verified as an eligible winner before another name is drawn. The winner’s drawing and eligibility will be verified by two (2) Marketing representatives before the prize is awarded. A Winners Log will be kept to indicate the tickets drawn, winner’s name(s) and any drawing tickets drawn that are “ineligible “or “no-shows”

9.     Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (as applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

10.  Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e., driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize. 

11.  The Winner’s Release Form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) Marketing representative and one (1) additional signature of a Marketing representative for verification. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State, and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.

12.  For each winner selected, an authorized Marketing representative will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date and time of the promotion, winner's name, winner's ACE Club number, the award or prize won, and the likeliness for advertising. The authorized Marketing representative shall sign the log with their name and gaming license number attesting to the prize distribution. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize. 

GENERAL RULES

1.     Must be 21 year or older to participate.

2.     Must be an ACE Club member to participate.

3.     Restricted players are not eligible to participate in this promotion. 

4.     Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued Gaming license are not eligible to participate. 

5.     Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

6.     Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures.

7.     Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.

8.     The system generated drawing entries will include the ACE Club Members first and last name, ACE club card number, date, issuing Team Members initial and badge. 

9.     Direct marketing offers are valid only the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value: no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.

10.  Facsimiles or reproduction of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use. 

11.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

12.  The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having "tampered", in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing tickets, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the tickets or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to "tampering" with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s). 

13.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.

14.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

15.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

16.  Electronic drawing entry earning begins at 5:00AM and ends ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing on each promotional day at any Agua Caliente Casino (including Agua Caliente Fuel (Rancho Mirage & Palm Springs) slots only).

17.  ACE Club members will be eligible to win up to two (2) times per promotional day: one (1) time during the either Daytime or Nighttime Preliminary Drawings and one (1) time during the either Daytime or Nighttime Grand Finale Drawings per promotional period.    

·      ACE Club members who have won in either Daytime or Nighttime Grand Finale Drawings cannotparticipate in the subsequent Grand Finale Drawings in the subsequent weeks. If an ACE Club member is selected for a subsequent Preliminary Drawing, they will not receive a reminder card or drawing entry towards either Daytime or Nighttime Grand Finales. ACE Club members can only win up to one (1) time per promotional period in the Daytime or Nighttime Grand Finale Drawings.

·      ACE Club members who have won in either Daytime or Nighttime Preliminary Drawings can participate in the subsequent Preliminary Drawings and Game Experience in the subsequent weeks. ACE Club members can win up to four (4) times per promotional period in the Daytime or Nighttime Preliminary Drawings.  

18.  If a Grand Finale Winner chooses Option 1 of $12,500 Cash, the entire increment of $12,500 Cash shall be awarded to the winner on the promotional date in which they were selected and claimed.

19.  If a Grand Finale Winner chooses Option 2 of $12,500 FSP, the entire increment of $12,500 FSP shall be awarded to the winner on the promotional date in which they were selected and claimed.

20.  If a Grand Finale Winner chooses Option 2 of $12,500 OTUNNCs, the entire increment of $12,500 shall be awarded to the winner on the promotional date in which they were selected and claimed.

21.  Prizes won must be either all Cash, all FSP, or all OTUNNCs (no partial payments).

22.  All Cash and OTUNNCs Prize winners must be paid at the Main Cage.

23.  OTUNNCs prizes will be paid out via a voucher issued by a Marketing representative to the winner that is then redeemed at the Main Cage. OTUNNCs vouchers expire twenty-four (24) hours after issuance.

24.  Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:

·      $1 - $100 – Expires in 24 hours

·      $101 - $1,500 – Expires in 30 Days

·      $1,501 - $5,000 – Expires in 60 Days

·      $5,001 - $19,999 – Expires in 90 days

25.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

26.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.

27.  At the conclusion of each Grand Finale, the System-Generated Drawing tickets shall be removed from the drawing barrel by two (2) Marketing Representatives and held by the Marketing Department. 

28.  In the event of a system outage regarding the Digital Wheel, a Mystery Bag will be used to determine the Preliminary Drawing winners’ prizes. The Mystery bag will contain three (3) ping pong balls labeled one (1), Two (2) & Three (3). Each number will correspond to FSP/OTUNNC prizes.

29.  In the event the Mystery Bag is used to determine the Preliminary Drawing winner’s prizes, the selected participant will reach into the Mystery bag and select one (1) ping pong ball, based on the above referenced numbers, the Pig Pong ball selected will reveal the prize amount to be awarded to the participant. 

30.  Upon Check-in for the Daytime and/or Nighttime Grand Finale Drawing the qualified ACE Club member will sign a Daytime & Nighttime Grand Finale Check-In Log.

·      The log will include spaces for the ACE Club members first and last name, ACE Club card number, Time of check-in, the applicable Grand Finale, and a Marketing Representative will initial and badge attesting the ACE Club member checked-in within the allotted timeframe.
