Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs and Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM, ACCPS and ACCCC) otherwise known as Agua Caliente Casinos, will offer existing ACE Club members who bring a friend who successfully signs up for a new ACE Club Card the opportunity to receive one $20 offer in Free Slot Play or One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips (hereinafter referred to as FSP or OTUNNCs). Theoffer is valid from February 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026. ACE Club Members will be notified by Direct Mail, eblast, and Property collateral.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: 
From February 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026 Existing ACE Club members who bring a friend who successfully signs up for an ACE Club Card will have the opportunity to receive $20 offer in FSP or OTUNNCs.

• Existing ACE Club Members have the opportunity to redeem a $20 FSP/OTUNNCs offer per referred friend during the promotional period. There is NO limit on the number of referred friends OR how many times the Existing ACE Club member may redeem the offer per promotional day throughout the promotional period.
• To qualify, each referred friend must meet ACE Club eligibility requirements (see General Rules #1 & #4) and sign-up on the promotional day they are brought to the ACE Club.
  • Both Existing and New ACE Club member must be present at the ACE Club during the sign-up to qualify.
  • Only the Existing ACE Club member will receive the $20 FSP/OTUNNC offer.
• To redeem their offer, Existing ACE Club Members must visit the ACE Club with their referred friend to during the ACE Club membership sign-up (during ACE Club operating hours). Once the referred friend has completed their new ACE Club member sign-up with an ACE Club representative (or above), the existing ACE Club member shall then redeem their offer with an ACE Club representative (or above). the ACE Club representative (or above) will then award the $20 FSP/OTUNNCs offer to the Existing ACE Club member.
• Both the Existing and New ACE Club member must be present in order for the existing ACE Club member to receive the $20 FSP/OTUNNCs offer.
• The offer can be played at any Agua Caliente Casino property (excluding Agua Caliente Fuel for OTUNNCs).
• Inactive ACE Club members do not qualify to be a New ACE Club member.

Event Details:

• Location: Agua Caliente Casinos ACE Club (during ACE Club operating hours).

GENERAL RULES:

1. Must be 21 years or older to participate.
2. Must be an ACE Club member to participate.
3. Restricted patrons are not eligible for any/all promotions.
4. New ACE Club members must have a valid ID present during sign-ups.
5. Inactive ACE Club members do not qualify to be a New ACE Club member.
6. Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.
7. Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.
8. Ace, Edge and Elite cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures.
9. ACE Club members must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued Photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). ACE Club members must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize.
10. ACE Club members are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf.
11. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.
12. Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.
13. Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct mail letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discounts or group rates.
14. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
15. The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having "tampered", in any way deemed inappropriate, with the Direct Marketing Offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or Direct Marketing Offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to "tampering" with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).
16. All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.
17. All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
18. Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.  
19. Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:
    • $1 - $100– Expires in 24 hours
20. Prizes must be either all FSP, or all OTUNNCs (no partial payments).
21. OTUNNCs prizes will be paid out via a voucher issued to the ACE Club member that is then paid out at the Main Cashier’s Cage. OTUNNCs vouchers expire twenty-four (24) hours after issuance.
22. For OTUNNC Prizes, an authorized Marketing representative will verify each ACE Club member’s ID and ACE Club Card before prizes are issued. An authorized Marketing representative will add the OTUNNC voucher to the ACE Club member’s account. Once the voucher has printed, the authorized marketing representative (or above) will sign the voucher with name and gaming license number and instruct the ACE Club member to present the voucher to the Main Cashier’s Cage to receive their prize in OTUNNC.
23. A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to the patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
24. The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as the ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
