Weekly Blackjack Tournament Registration:

On Thursdays, August 6 - 27, 2026

  • Registration will take place at the Registration Table near ACCPS High Limit Slot Room with a Marketing representative on each promotional day of the Tournament, beginning at 5:00PM and ending at 9:30PM each tournament day, registration may close earlier based on availability.
  • $12,000 Thursday Blackjack Tournament - August will have up to twelve (12) game sessions per tournament table (BJ300 & BJ301) and must not go over the allotted tournament time.
  • If there are not enough participants to fill all twelve (12) game sessions, then the tournament may have less sessions. 
  • ACE Club members (hereinafter referred to participants) will receive one (1) complimentary entry per promotional day, with the ability to purchase two (2) rebuys for $20-USD each (cash only) until 9:30PM each tournament day.
  • After conclusion of the complintary session, participants can purchase their rebuys (based on seat availability) with cash from a Main Banker (or above) at the ACCPS Main Cage to participate in a new game session.
  • Participants will receive a receipt from the Main Banker (or above) after their rebuy purchase which they must bring to a Marketing representative at the Registration Table near ACCPS High Limit Slot Room to receive their tournament session assignment.
  • Participants are limited to two (2) rebuys per promotional week (based on seat availability).
  • Upon registration (with or without a rebuy purchase), the participants will receive a registration ticket from a Marketing representative which will display the player’s first and last name and ACE Club Card number. The registration ticket will be used to identify the participant at the tournament.
  • Registration tickets will be turned in at the tournament area (tables BJ300 & BJ301) to a Marketing representative before the start of their game session.
  • Participants are prohibited from using OTUNNCs, Non-Negotiable Chips or Comps for tournament Rebuys.
  • All Rebuys will be Cash only (USD).

Weekly Blackjack Tournament Play:

  • All ACE Club members may participate in the $12,000 Thursday Blackjack Tournament - August for the chance to win up to $1,000 in OTUNNCs at ACCPS only
  • Upon registering with a Marketing representative, participants will each receive a registration ticket with their assigned tournament session and will be instructed to report to the blackjack tournament area (tables BJ300 and BJ301) with a Marketing representative before the start of their game session.
  • Games will run as a “Sit and Go” style, in which no assigned times will be set per game. As soon as one table concludes a game, the next game session will begin. Each game session will consist of a minimum one (1) participant and a maximum five (5) participants, fifteen (15) hands each game session.
  • At the conclusion of every game session each participant’s chip count from their table will be recorded by a Marketing representative, and compared against the Chip Counts of other participants.
  • The Top Ten (10) participants with the highest chip count of all sessions in the tournament day will be awarded up to $1,000 in OTUNNCs according to the Weekly Blackjack Tournament prize structure below.
  • Participants may place in the Top Ten (10) of all session’s one (1) time each tournament day, throughout the course of the promotion. If a participant qualifies for the Top Ten (10) multiple times in the same promotional day, only the highest scoring session will be awarded a prize.
  • At the conclusion of the tournament day, the Top Ten (10) Winning Participants will be posted at the ACCPS ACE Club and until 10:00PM the following day to claim their prize with a Marketing representative.
  • Participants have the opportunity to win one (1) time per promotional week.
  • There will be NO session winners

Weekly Blackjack Tournament Prize Structure:

  • At the conclusion of each $12,000 Thursday Blackjack Tournament - August promotional day, the highest scores of the Top Ten (10) Participants will determine the winners and shall be announced from the ACCPS ACE Club by a Marketing representative.
  • In the event of a tie, a Marketing representative will print and deposit a system generated drawing entry of the tied qualified participants, into a drawing barrel, located inside the ACCPS ACE Club, to draw and break the tie. The system generated drawing entry will list the ACE Club member’s first and last name, ACE Club account number, date, and a space for the issuing Marketing representative to sign with name and gaming license number.
    1. 1st – 9th Place tie: The first name selected out of the drawing barrel is the winner and remaining names will be awarded based on the order drawn.
    2. 10th Place tie: The first name selected out of the drawing barrel is the winner and remaining names will not qualify for the 10th Place and will not be awarded.
  • Drawing Barrel will be located inside ACCPS ACE Club, on the back counter under camera coverage.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: 

  • Agua Caliente Casinos will host a series of Blackjack Tournaments, giving ACE Club members (hereinafter also referred to as Players or Participants) the chance to win Free Slot Play or Promotional Chips or One Time Use Promotional Chips, or Cash Prizes per designated promotional period.
  • Participants may receive either a complimentary entry or earn an entry per promotional date, during the designated promotional period.
  • As applicable, rebuys may be available to participants for purchase per promotional date, during the promotional period.
    • Rebuys will be available for purchase at either the designated registration area at the Main Cage with a Main Banker (or above) during the designated registration time(s) each tournament day.
  • Blackjack Tournament game sessions will run as a “Sit and Go” style tournament, in which no assigned times will be set per game. As soon as one table concludes a game, the next game session will begin. Each game session will consist of a minimum of one (1) participant, up to a maximum of five (5) participants with fifteen (15) hands each game session.
  • At the conclusion of the tournament day, the winning participants will be posted at the respective Agua Caliente Casinos ACE Club and have until the following day at 10:00PM to claim their prize with a Marketing representative.
  • Each participant’s chip count from their table will be recorded by a Marketing representative, and compared against the Chip Counts of other participants at the conclusion of every game.

TOURNAMENT RULES:

  1. Tournament to be played by all existing House Rules (i.e. shuffle each session, player changes, etc.).
  2. Participants are prohibited from using NNCs, OTUNNCs, or Comps for tournament rebuys.
  3. The tournament will be utilizing tournament tables. All tables used in the tournament will be tagged with a tournament table number. Tables used for the tournament will utilize Tournament Chips.
  4. The tournament will be conducted as a “Sit and Go” style tournament, in which no assigned times will be set per game. As soon as one table concludes a game, the next game session will begin. Each game session will consist of a minimum one (1) participant and a maximum of five (5) participants, fifteen (15) hands each game.
  5. Players are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf.
  6. The Dealer will shuffle the deck after each game session of fifteen (15) hands.
  7. The Dealer will cut the deck after each shuffle.
  8. Each player will receive $10,000 in Tournament chips before the beginning of each session of play. The chip denominations will be explained to the participants: Blue - $100, White - $500, Yellow - $1,000, and Red - $5,000. In addition, there will be a $25,000 grey chip which will be issued to the participants to replace the number of accumulated lower denomination chips that are equal to $25,000. All chip counts from previous sessions cannot be used for future sessions and are void after their respective sessions.
  9. Table limits are: $100 minimum bet which shall be posted at the table. Participants must place at least a minimum bet on each hand.
  10. All Blackjacks during tournament play shall pay 2 to 1.
  11. For the tournament, Surrender is not allowed. Insurance will be offered when the dealer shows an Ace. No even money. Insure for less on odd bets.
  12. The “Action” button will designate the first (1st) person to begin betting in each hand. The dealer will then proceed to rotate the “Action” button in a clockwise direction after each dealt hand until all participants have had first bets. 
  13. Participants are required to bet in sequence, starting from the current Seat 1 as indicated by the “Action” button and rotating clockwise after each hand. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed. All chips must remain on the blackjack table and in clear view at all times. 
  14. There will be a twenty (20) second time limit for placing bets and deciding on a hand. If the player exceeds the twenty (20) second time limit, the minimum bet will be placed by the dealer, who will monitor time on a second-hand watch. 
  15. For the tournament, participants may double-down on any first two (2) cards and may double-down for less.  Participants may double-down after splitting.
  16. For the tournament, participants may split any cards of equal value up to four (4) hands (When splitting Aces, they will receive one (1) card per Ace unless the card given is an Ace, then they may split three (3) times to create up to four (4) hands).
  17. In the event of any misdeals by the dealer, the ACBCI Table Games Internal Controls will apply, and a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) will be notified by the dealer before taking any action: 
    1. If a player does not receive any cards, the hand will be declared a misdeal by a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above).
    2. If a dealer’s blackjack goes undetected, the hand will play except the dealer will push back additional bets on doubles or splits.
    3. Participants are required to give hand signals with no verbal cues.  If a dealer hits a player who did not ask to be hit, the card will be burned and will not play; the next player will receive the next card.
    4. If a player missed being hit, all other participants will complete acting on their hand and the player who missed being hit will receive action on his/her hand prior to the dealer acting on his hand.
    5. If the Action Button is out of position and a hand is dealt, the hand will be declared a misdeal by a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above).
  18. Fifteen (15) hands will be dealt in each session of play with the number of hands played so far in the session posted at each table. The dealer will advance the sign at the conclusion of each hand.
  19. A player is eliminated from the session if they lose all of their chips before the conclusion of the session. 
  20. In the event of a tie, a Marketing representative will print and deposit a system generated drawing entry of the tied qualified participants, into a drawing barrel, located inside ACE Club, to draw and break the tie. The first (1st) name selected out of the drawing barrel is the winner and remaining names will be awarded based on the order drawn. The system generated drawing entry will list the ACE Club member’s first and last name, ACE Club account number, date, and a space for the issuing authorized Marketing representative to sign with name and gaming license number.
  21. Upon confirmation, the winners will be announced from the ACE Club by a Marketing representative to receive the appropriate prize. Two (2) Marketing representatives will verify each winner’s valid photo ID and ACE Club Card before prizes are issued.
  22. If NNCs/OTUNNCs are chosen, a Marketing representative will require the winner to sign the Tournament Winners Log before issuing a NNCs/ OTUNNCs voucher to the ACE Club member’s account. Once the voucher has printed, a Marketing representative will sign the voucher and instruct the winner to present the voucher to the Main Cage to receive their prize in NNCs/ OTUNNCs. Vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.
  23. The Marketing Department may adjust the tournament based upon the total number of participants registered.
  24. For any Marketing Department adjustments made to the tournament, the ACGC Surveillance Department must be notified.
  25. During tournament play, participants are not allowed to talk/communicate with spectators while playing.
  26. Participants are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf.
  27. Management reserves the right to eliminate a player for not following the tournament rules or displaying inappropriate behavior toward other patrons and/or team members.
  28. Tournament winners will have twenty (24) hours to claim their prize at the ACE Club. If winners do not claim their prize within the allotted time frame, the prize will be forfeited. In the event of any forfeited prizes, there will be no replacement winners selected for that prize.
  29. A copy of the rules will be available for public viewing in the tournament area for the duration of the tournament and will be distributed to participants during registration.

GENERAL RULES:

  1. Must be 21 years of age or older to participate.
  2. Must be or become an ACE Club member to participate.
  3. Restricted players will not be eligible to participate in this promotion
  4. Employees of Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.
  5. Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct mail letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discounts or group rates.
  6. Ace, Edge, or Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club brochures.
  7. Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.
  8. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.
  9. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information.   10. A system generated drawing entry will be generated as an entry into the tie breaker drawing(s). This system generated drawing entry will list the ACE Club member’s first and last name, ACE Club account number, date, and a space for the issuing authorized Marketing representative to sign with name and gaming license number. This system generated drawing entry will act as the member’s drawing entry for the tie breaker drawing(s), and will be deposited into the drawing barrel by an authorized Marketing representative.
  11. The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having "tampered", in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to "tampering" with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).
  12. Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes, as applicable. The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos, and its agencies the rights to use the winner's name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds the Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.
  13. The Winners Release Form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) authorized Marketing representative and one (1) additional signature of an authorized Marketing representative for verification. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State, and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.
  14. At the conclusion of a promotion, Winners Logs will be reviewed for accuracy by the Marketing Department. Once verified, Winners Logs will be placed in Marketing Storage once the promotion concludes.
  15. For each prize won, a Marketing representative will enter the following information on the Tournament Winners Log: date and time of the promotion; winner's first and last name; ACE Club Card number; and the award or prize won. A Marketing representative shall sign with name and gaming license number attesting to the prize distribution. The winner shall sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.
  16. Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize.
  17. Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.
  18. All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.
  19. All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  20. A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
  21. Prize won must be received in either all Cash or all Free Slot Play or all Non-Negotiable Chips or all One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips (no partial payments)
  22. Non-Negotiable Chip/One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips prizes will be paid out via a voucher issued at the ACE Club or the promotional area by an authorized Team Member to the winner. The authorized Team Member will then instruct the winner to redeemed the voucher at the Main Cage. Non-Negotiable Chip/One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chip vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.
  23. Winners who receive Free Slot Play as their prize shall have the coupon code added by an authorized Team Member directly to their ACE Club Card account.
  24. Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:
    • $0 - $100 – Expires in 24 hrs.
    • $101 - $1,500 – Expires in thirty (30) days
    • $1,501 - $5,000 – Expires in sixty (60) days
    • $5,001 - $19,999 – Expires in ninety (90) days
    • $20,000+ - Expires in 180 days
  25. For cash prizes, an authorized Marketing representative will require the winner to sign the Winners Log and Winner’s Release Form. After obtaining the necessary signatures, an authorized Marketing representative shall escort the Winner, along with the promotional paperwork, to the Main Cage for payment of the Cash Prize.
  26. All Non-Negotiable Chips/One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips and Cash Prize winners must be paid out at the Main Cage.
  27. The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the tribe.
  28. Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

TOURNAMENT RULES:

  1. Tournament to be played by all existing House Rules (i.e. shuffle each session, player changes, etc.).
  2. Participants are prohibited from using NNCs, OTUNNCs, or Comps for tournament rebuys.
  3. The tournament will be utilizing tournament tables. All tables used in the tournament will be tagged with a tournament table number. Tables used for the tournament will utilize Tournament Chips. All Tournament Chip inventories will be equal for all tournament tables and verified prior to the beginning of any tournament play and reconciled at the end of each session’s play by the Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) for the purpose of reconciling the inventory and identifying any foreign Tournament Chips, as well as any missing chips. Any discrepancy shall be reported to the on-site ACGC Gaming Inspector Department via gaming memorandum.
  4. The tournament will be conducted as a “Sit and Go” style tournament, in which no assigned times will be set per game. As soon as one table concludes a game, the next game session will begin. Each game session will consist of a minimum one (1) participant and a maximum of five (5) participants, fifteen (15) hands each game.
  5. The Blackjack Tournament Program will have a minimum number of game sessions per tournament table and must not go over the allotted tournament time for each promotional period and will be outlined on the Gaming Memorandum.
  6. Players are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf.
  7. As applicable, winners may choose Free Slot Play or Non-Negotiable Chips or One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips in lieu of the Cash Prize as outlined on the Gaming Memorandum.
  8. The Dealer will shuffle the deck after each game session of fifteen (15) hands.
  9. The Dealer will cut the deck after each shuffle.
  10. Each player will receive $10,000 in Tournament chips before the beginning of each session of play. The chip denominations will be explained to the participants: Blue - $100, White - $500, Yellow - $1,000, and Red - $5,000. In addition, there will be a $25,000 grey chip which will be issued to the participants to replace the number of accumulated lower denomination chips that are equal to $25,000. All chip counts from previous sessions cannot be used for future sessions and are void after their respective sessions.
  11. Table limits are: $100 minimum bet which shall be posted at the table. Participants must place at least a minimum bet on each hand.
  12. All Blackjacks during tournament play shall pay 2 to 1.
  13. For the tournament, Surrender is not allowed. Insurance will be offered when the dealer shows an Ace. No even money. Insure for less on odd bets.
  14. The “Action” button will designate the first (1st) person to begin betting in each hand. The dealer will then proceed to rotate the “Action” button in a clockwise direction after each dealt hand until all participants have had first bets. 
  15. Participants are required to bet in sequence, starting from the current Seat 1 as indicated by the “Action” button and rotating clockwise after each hand. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed. All chips must remain on the blackjack table and in clear view at all times. 
  16. There will be a twenty (20) second time limit for placing bets and deciding on a hand. If the player exceeds the twenty (20) second time limit, the minimum bet will be placed by the dealer, who will monitor time on a second-hand watch. 
  17. For the tournament, participants may double-down on any first two (2) cards and may double-down for less.  Participants may double-down after splitting.
  18. For the tournament, participants may split any cards of equal value up to four (4) hands (When splitting Aces, they will receive one (1) card per Ace unless the card given is an Ace, then they may split three (3) times to create up to four (4) hands).
  19. In the event of any misdeals by the dealer, the ACBCI Table Games Internal Controls will apply, and a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) will be notified by the dealer before taking any action: 
    1. If a player does not receive any cards, the hand will be declared a misdeal by a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above).
    2. If a dealer’s blackjack goes undetected, the hand will play except the dealer will push back additional bets on doubles or splits.
    3. Participants are required to give hand signals with no verbal cues.  If a dealer hits a player who did not ask to be hit, the card will be burned and will not play; the next player will receive the next card.
    4. If a player missed being hit, all other participants will complete acting on their hand and the player who missed being hit will receive action on his/her hand prior to the dealer acting on his hand.
    5. If the Action Button is out of position and a hand is dealt, the hand will be declared a misdeal by a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above).
  20. Fifteen (15) hands will be dealt in each session of play with the number of hands played so far in the session posted at each table. The dealer will advance the sign at the conclusion of each hand.
  21. A player is eliminated from the session if they lose all of their chips before the conclusion of the session. 
  22. In the event of a tie, a Marketing representative will print and deposit a system generated drawing entry of the tied qualified participants, into a drawing barrel, located inside ACE Club, to draw and break the tie. The first (1st) name selected out of the drawing barrel is the winner and remaining names will be awarded based on the order drawn. The system generated drawing entry will list the ACE Club member’s first and last name, ACE Club account number, date, and a space for the issuing authorized Marketing representative to sign with name and gaming license number.
  23. Upon confirmation, the winners will be announced from the ACE Club by a Marketing representative to receive the appropriate prize. Two (2) Marketing representatives will verify each winner’s valid photo ID and ACE Club Card before prizes are issued.
  24. If NNCs/OTUNNCs are chosen, a Marketing representative will require the winner to sign the Tournament Winners Log before issuing a NNCs/ OTUNNCs voucher to the ACE Club member’s account. Once the voucher has printed, a Marketing representative will sign the voucher and instruct the winner to present the voucher to the Main Cage to receive their prize in NNCs/ OTUNNCs. Vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.
  25. The Marketing Department may adjust the tournament based upon the total number of participants registered.
  26. For any Marketing Department adjustments made to the tournament, the ACGC Surveillance Department must be notified.
  27. During tournament play, participants are not allowed to talk/communicate with spectators while playing.
  28. Participants are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf.
  29. Management reserves the right to eliminate a player for not following the tournament rules or displaying inappropriate behavior toward other patrons and/or team members.
  30. Tournament winners will have twenty (24) hours to claim their prize at the ACE Club. If winners do not claim their prize within the allotted time frame, the prize will be forfeited. In the event of any forfeited prizes, there will be no replacement winners selected for that prize.
  31. A copy of the rules will be available for public viewing in the tournament area for the duration of the tournament and will be distributed to participants during registration.

GENERAL RULES:

  1. Must be 21 years of age or older to participate.
  2. Must be or become an ACE Club member to participate.
  3. Restricted players will not be eligible to participate in this promotion
  4. Employees of Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.
  5. Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct mail letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discounts or group rates.
  6. Ace, Edge, or Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club brochures.
  7. Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.
  8. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.
  9. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
  10. A system generated drawing entry will be generated as an entry into the tie breaker drawing(s). This system generated drawing entry will list the ACE Club member’s first and last name, ACE Club account number, date, and a space for the issuing authorized Marketing representative to sign with name and gaming license number. This system generated drawing entry will act as the member’s drawing entry for the tie breaker drawing(s), and will be deposited into the drawing barrel by an authorized Marketing representative.
  11. The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having "tampered", in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to "tampering" with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).
  12. Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes, as applicable. The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos, and its agencies the rights to use the winner's name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds the Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.
  13. The Winners Release Form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) authorized Marketing representative and one (1) additional signature of an authorized Marketing representative for verification. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State, and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.
  14. At the conclusion of a promotion, Winners Logs will be reviewed for accuracy by the Marketing Department. Once verified, Winners Logs will be placed in Marketing Storage once the promotion concludes.
  15. For each prize won, a Marketing representative will enter the following information on the Tournament Winners Log: date and time of the promotion; winner's first and last name; ACE Club Card number; and the award or prize won. A Marketing representative shall sign with name and gaming license number attesting to the prize distribution. The winner shall sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.
  16. Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize.
  17. Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.
  18. All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.
  19. All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  20. A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
  21. Prize won must be received in either all Cash or all Free Slot Play or all Non-Negotiable Chips or all One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips (no partial payments)
  22. Non-Negotiable Chip/One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips prizes will be paid out via a voucher issued at the ACE Club or the promotional area by an authorized Team Member to the winner. The authorized Team Member will then instruct the winner to redeemed the voucher at the Main Cage. Non-Negotiable Chip/One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chip vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.
  23. Winners who receive Free Slot Play as their prize shall have the coupon code added by an authorized Team Member directly to their ACE Club Card account.
  24. Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:
    1. $0 - $100 – Expires in 24 hrs.
    2. $101 - $1,500 – Expires in thirty (30) days
    3. $1,501 - $5,000 – Expires in sixty (60) days
    4. $5,001 - $19,999 – Expires in ninety (90) days
    5. $20,000+ - Expires in 180 days
  25. For cash prizes, an authorized Marketing representative will require the winner to sign the Winners Log and Winner’s Release Form. After obtaining the necessary signatures, an authorized Marketing representative shall escort the Winner, along with the promotional paperwork, to the Main Cage for payment of the Cash Prize.
  26. All Non-Negotiable Chips/One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips and Cash Prize winners must be paid out at the Main Cage.
  27. Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.
  28. The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the tribe.
