Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs & Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC respectively in the promotion rules), otherwise known as Agua Caliente Casinos, will promote the “Gift Card Giveaway - August”. This promotion will invite qualified ACE Club members to receive complimentary VISA Pre-Paid Gift Card(s) (hereinafter also referred to as Gift Card) on Fridays and Mondaystotaling $10, $25, $35, or $75 during this weekly “Gift Card Giveaway - August”. ACE Club members who do not qualify to receive an invitation will have the opportunity to earn a $25 gift card by earning same-day slot points or meet designated table games criteria on each promotional day. Qualified ACE Club members will be invited to receive a complimentary gift card(s) totaling up to $10, $25, $35, or $75, via telemarketing by a player development VIP representative (or above), direct mail, and/or e-blast based upon an Average Daily Worth (ADW) for the previous twelve (12) months for active players and a specified twenty-four (24) month range for inactive players. ACE Club members who do not receive an invitation for a gift card will be notified of the promotion via property website, signage, and brochures.

Distribution Times:

• 9:00AM – 3:00PM each promotional day (or while supplies last).

Distribution Locations:

• ACCPS, ACCCC &ACCRM ACE Clubs.

Qualified ACE Club Members:

• Qualified ACE Club members are invited to receive either gift cards(s) totaling up to $10, $25, $35, or $75 or Free Slot Play or One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips (hereinafter referred to as FSP or OTUNNC), in the same total amount invited for, once (1) per promotional day at the Agua Caliente Casino property of their choice (while supplies last).
• Invited ACE Club members will be provided with the choice of FSP or OTUNNC equal to the value invited to receive, in lieu of their gift card(s).
• No reservations will be required in order to receive the gift card(s).
• Gift cards will be available while supplies last.
• If inventory is depleted, invited ACE Club members may receive either a Rain Check Voucher for the gift card(s) of the value invited, or FSP or OTUNNC as a consolation for the gift cards amount in which they were invited for. 

Gift Card Giveaway - August Information:

• The five-week Gift Card Giveaway- August promotion is featuring VISA Pre-paid Gift Cards on Mondays and Fridays, August 3, 2026 - August 31, 2026. Quantities are limited and based on availability each week. Only gift cards in $10, $25 denominations will be issued. Invited ACE Club members who qualify for more than $25 in gift cards will receive their gift card amount in increments of $10, and $25 to match the gift card amount in which they were invited for ($10+$25=$35, 3x$25=$75 etc.).
• Invited ACE Club Memberswill receive gift card(s) once (1) each promotional day based on invited qualifications and availability (each gift card is valued at $10USD or $25USD).

Gift Card Giveaway- August – Earning Opportunity:

Only ACE Club members who did not qualify to receive an invitation but would like to earn either a $25 gift card or FSP or OTUNNC, must earn two hundred and fifty (250) same-day slot points oor table game equivalent on the gift card distribution day to receive the gift card (while supplies last). Earned ACE Club members will also be provided with the choice of FSP or OTUNNC in the gift card amount instead of the gift cards(s).

• The following rules apply to slot players:
  • Every $10 dollars played on slot machines equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals three (3) slot points.
  • To receive the gift card, ACE Club members must earn same-day slot points beginning at 5:00AM through 2:50PM, each promotional day. The two hundred and fifty (250) qualifying slot points can be redeemed at the ACE Club with an ACE Club representative (or above) at ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC beginning at 9:00AM through 3:00PM, (while supplies last), on each gift card distribution date.
  • ACE Club members must earn all qualified slot points using their ACE Club card properly inserted in eligible slot machines (Qualified slot points may be combined from all properties, including Agua Caliente Fuel.)
  • All two hundred fifty (250) qualifying slot points must be earned on the same day the gift cards are being offered.
  • Rated table games play and live poker table play do not qualify for slot points. Slot points must be earned through slots or video poker only (with the exception of video poker machines containing roulette).
  • Slot points earned through retail purchases made in the Agua Caliente Casinos will not qualify towards the two hundred and fifty (250) slot point accrual requirements.
• The following rules apply to table games players:
  • Table games players must meet same-day table games theoretical win rating criteria in order to receive the gift card on the day of the promotion.
  • ACE Club members may begin earning their table games rating beginning at 5:00AM through 2:50PM on each gift card distribution date.
  • All table games theoretical win ratings must be earned on the same day the gift cards are being offered. Qualified table games criteria may be combined from all properties excluding Agua Caliente Fuel.
  • Table games theoretical win is rated and calculated based on but not limited to average bet, length of time played, type of table, etc.
• Slot points or qualifying table games play must be earned beginning at 5:00AM through 2:50PM on each promotional day. Slot points or table games ratings may be combined from all properties (including Agua Caliente Fuel for slots only). Qualifying play must be all slot points, or all table games theoretical win rated play.
• Slot points and qualifying table games play will not accumulate throughout the promotional period.
• Maximum of up to one (1) gift card (earned) per ACE Club member, per promotional day on the day the same-day slot points or table games rating was earned at the property of their choice.

Rain Check Voucher:

• If gift card inventory is depleted, ACE Club members (invited or earned) may choose either the value that was invited or earnedin a Rain Check Voucher (while supplies last), or consolation in FSP or OTUNNCs for the gift card invited or earned, issued by a Marketing representative.
  • Limit one (1) Rain Check Voucher in the amount invited OR in FSP or OTUNNCs consolation of the invited amount per ACE Club Member (invited) per promotional day.
  • Limit one (1) Rain Check Voucher in the amount earned OR $25 in FSP or OTUNNC consolation per ACE Club Member (earned) per promotional day.
• ACE Club members (invited or earned) who choose to receive a Rain Check Voucher for the same amount as the gift card they qualified for will be asked to return to the Agua Caliente Casino ACE Club the Rain Check Voucher was issued from to pick up the gift card any day starting Wednesday, September 9, 2026 through Wednesday, September 16, 2026, from a Marketing representative (during operating hours).
• Rain Check Voucher quantities are limited. If Rain Check Voucher inventory is depleted, ACE Club members (invited or earned) may receive the value in either $10 or $25 or $35 or $75 FSP or OTUNNC as a consolation for the same amount as the gift card they qualified for (can be issued on Monday or Friday).

Rain Check Details:

• Event Date(s) & Times(s):
  • Wednesday, September 9, 2026 through Wednesday, September 16, 2026 (during ACE Club operating hours)
• Distribution Locations:
  • An ACE Club representative (or above) will be distributing gift cards at ACCPS & ACCCC andACCRM ACE Club as necessary.
  • Signs will be placed by the ACE Club, the center of the Casino Floor, and by the Valet Entrance to notify ACE Club members (invited or earned) of location of the gift card.
• The Rain Check Vouchers will expire on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at the end of ACE Club operating hours.

GENERAL RULES:

1. Must be 21 years or older to participate.
2. Must be an ACE Club member to participate.
3. Restricted patrons are not eligible for all promotions/events.
4. Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.
5. On each promotional day, Marketing representatives will be distributing the gift card(s) (each valued at $10USD, or $25USD) from the ACCPS, ACCCC & ACCRM ACE Clubs (Signs will be placed by the ACE Club, the center of the Casino Floor, and by the Valet Entrance to notify ACE Club members (invited or earned) of the location of the Gift Card Giveaway- August), by a Marketing representative beginning at 9:00AM – 3:00PM, or while supplies last.
6. Maximum of up to one (1) $10, $25, $35, or $75 of invited gift card total value per qualified ACE Club member (invited), once (1) per promotional day, at the property of their choice. (Maximum three (3) Gift Cards total).
7. Maximum one (1) $25 gift card per ACE Club member (earned) per promotional day, at the property of their choice. Earned ACE Club Members may earn one (1) $25 gift card (Maximum one (1) Gift Card total) per promotional day, at the property of their choice.
8. Invited ACE Club Members may not earn additional Gift Card(s) by earning two hundred and fifty (250) same day Slot Points or or table game equivalent.
9. ACE Club Members (invited or earned) can choose all FSP or all OTUNNC instead of their qualified gift card total amount (no partial payments).
10. ACE Club members who were not invited may play to earn a maximum of one (1) gift card total. One (1) gift Card for two hundred and fifty (250) same day Slot Points or or table game equivalent. In order to receive a gift card, ACE Club members must earn the required number of slot points or table games rated play, beginning at 5:00AM through 2:50PM, by playing on any eligible slot machines or table game with their ACE Club Card at any Agua Caliente Casino property (including Agua Caliente Fuel for slots only) for which the promotion is being held. ACE Club members cannot combine slot points and table game rated play to achieve Slot Points or Table Games Theoretical earnings. The ACE Club shall be available for verification of qualification and redemption from 9:00AM − 3:00PM each promotional day. The gift card must be redeemed on the day the same-day slot points or table games rating was earned at the property of their choice.
11. Gift card quantities are limited and, in the event, the gift card inventory is depleted at one (1) or more Agua Caliente Casinos, authorized Marketing representatives are authorized to issue either a Rain Check Voucher for the same amount qualified for (invited) of $10, $25, $35, or $75 Gift Card amount or consolation in FSP or OTUNNCs in the amount they were invited for. Limit one (1) Rain Check or FSP or OTUNNC consolation per Invited ACE Club member, one (1) per promotional day, between all three (3) Agua Caliente Casinos.
12. Gift card quantities are limited and, in the event the gift card inventory is depleted at one (1) or more Agua Caliente Casinos, authorized Marketing representatives are authorized to issue either a Rain Check Voucher for the same amount qualified for (earned) of $25 gift card or consolation in the amount (earned) of $25 in FSP or OTUNNC consolation to ACE Club members (earned). Maximum one (1) Rain Check in the amount earned or FSP or OTUNNC consolation per earned ACE Club member, once (1) per promotional day, between all three (3) Agua Caliente Casinos.
13. ACE Club members (invited or earned) who choose to receive a Rain Check Voucher for the same amount as the gift card amount, they qualified for will be asked to return to pick-up the gift card any day starting Wednesday, September 9, 2026 through Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at the Agua Caliente Casino ACE Club they received the Rain Check Voucher only (during operating hours with a Marketing representative). Rain Check Vouchers will expire Wednesday, September 16, 2026.
14. In the event that the ACE Club members (invited or earned) who choose to receive a “Rain Check Voucher” and do not pick up their gift card before or on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 during ACE Club operation hours, will have their gift card forfeited. In the event of a forfeited gift card, there will be no replacements or consolation. 
15. Rain Check Voucher quantities are limited for the entire promotional period per each Agua Caliente Casino location. If inventory is depleted, ACE Club members (invited or earned) may choose FSP or OTUNNCs as a consolation for the same amount as the gift card they qualified for (Limit one (1) FSP or OTUNNC consolation per invited qualified ACE Club members).
16. If an ACE Club member does not qualify to receive an invitation for a Gift Card, they may qualify to receive the gift card by earning same-day slot points while playing with their ACE Club Card properly inserted in a slot machine OR meeting designated table games rating criteria (including Agua Caliente Fuel for slots only). Maximum of up to one (1) gift card (earned) per ACE Club member, per promotional day on the day the same-day slot points or table games rating was earned at the property of their choice.  
17. Qualified same day slot points and same day rated table games play may not be combined together; in order to receive the gift card. Qualifying play must be all slots’ points, or allrated table games play.
18. No slot points will be deducted from any ACE Club accounts.
19. ACE Club members must show valid identification to claim a Gift Card/offer (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued Photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). ACE Club members must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a Gift Card/offer.
20.  Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures.
21. Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.
22. Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.
23. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.
24. Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.
25. The Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
26. The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having "tampered", in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to "tampering" with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).
27. All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.
28. All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal control standards, policies, and procedures.
29. Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for the promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located in each Casino. 
30. Free Slot Play will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:
    • $1 - $100 – Expires in 24 hours.
31. OTUNNCs will be paid out via a voucher issued by a Marketing representative to the qualified ACE Club member (invited or earned) that is then paid out at the Main Cage. OTUNNCs vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.
32. A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
33. The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
