For each selected promotional day, ACE Club members & members of the public (hereinafter referred to as Participants) will have the opportunity to answer three (3) event-related questions during the designated entry period. Upon successful submission of all three (3) answers (all submitted answers shall count as correct for purposes of drawing eligibility), participants will receive a $10 Free Slot Play participation reward and are automatically entered into a random digital drawing for a Grand Prize consisting of $50 Free Slot Play and a $25 Food & Beverage Voucher. One (1) winner across all three (3) Agua Caliente Casino Properties will be selected randomly through the Chalkline digital drawing tool and notified via SMS and email following the drawing. This initiative will encourage visitation to Agua Caliente Casinos, increase carded play, and help develop ACE Club members.

Event Details:

·      Entry opens at 9:00AM PT on each scheduled show day

·      Entry ends at 9:30PM PT on each scheduled show day

·      Digital drawing happens at approximately 9:30PM on each scheduled show day

·      Live show events will take place at The Show in Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage

Results: 

·       Every Participant who completes and submits all three (3) answers receives $10 Free Slot Play as a participation reward. The $10 Free Slot Play participation reward recipient will be notified via confirmation email immediately upon answer submission, and must be redeemed within seventy-two (72) hours after receiving the confirmation email. If the $10 Free Slot Play all-entrant reward hasn’t been redeemed within the allotted timeframe, the reward will be forfeited.

·       One (1) winner is drawn from all eligible entries and will receive a Grand Prize consisting of $25 Food and Beverage Voucher and $50 Free Slot Play. The grand prize winner will be notified via both SMS and email immediately following the drawing. The grand prize must be redeemed within seventy-two (72) hours after the drawing. If the winner does not redeem the grand prize within the allotted timeframe, the prize will be forfeited.

·       Both the participation reward and grand prize can be redeemed at any ACE Club with an ACE Club Representative (or above) within operating hours.

·       Max one (1) grand prize winner per promotional day across all three (3) Agua Caliente Casino properties.

AGUA LIVE PLAY RULES

1. In order to submit an entry, Participants must complete all required entry form fields, answer all three (3) questions, confirm they are 21 years or older, and accept the terms and conditions.

2. Participants will not be able to modify their entry once it has been confirmed and submitted.

3. Entries must be received during the applicable entry window for each activation. Once the entry period closes, no further entries will be accepted.

4. An entry is deemed "received" when Chalkline's servers record the entry information. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of actual receipt of an entry. Chalkline's database clock will be the official timekeeper for 'Agua Live Play'.

5. Participants may submit only one (1) entry per activation. Participants entering or attempting to enter any activation more than once will be disqualified. Participants are permitted to use only one promotion email address; use of multiple promotions email addresses will be void.

6. All three (3) questions must be answered in order to submit the entry form. For purposes of drawing eligibility, all submitted answers are treated as correct. The $10 Free Slot Play all-entrant reward is awarded to every Participant who completes and submits the entry form, regardless of answers provided.

7. One (1) grand prize winner will be drawn from all eligible entries immediately at or after 9:30 PM on event day. Participants do not need to be present at the time of the drawing to win.

8. All drawing promotions shall have a thirty (30) minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.

9. The $10 Free Play all-entrant reward will be notified via confirmation email immediately upon form submission, along with redemption instructions. The $10 Free Slot Play all-entrant reward must be redeemed within 72 hours of the confirmation email, with an ACE Club Representative (or above) at any Agua Caliente Casinos ACE Players Club within operating hours. If the $10 Free Slot Play all-entrant reward hasn’t been redeemed within the allotted timeframe, the reward will be forfeited

10. The grand prize winner will be notified via both SMS and email immediately following the drawing. The grand prize must be redeemed within 72 hours of the drawing, with an ACE Club Representative (or above) at any Agua Caliente Casinos ACE Players Club within operating hours If the winner does not redeem the grand prize within the allotted timeframe, the prize will be forfeited. 

11. $25 F&B vouchers will be printed and issued at ACE Club with a designated coupon code by an ACE Club Representative (or above). All vouchers are not pre-printed or pre-allocated. All vouchers will be generated and printed at the time of redemption.

12. The drawing will be conducted electronically via the Chalkline platform. All eligible entries are stored within Chalkline’s system. One (1) winner per promotion will be selected at random using Chalkline’s automated randomization function.

13. The drawing results are recorded and time-stamped within the Chalkline system and are available for audit and reporting purposes. No manual selection or intervention is involved in determining the winner.

14. To access 'Agua Live Play', Participants must scan the QR code displayed on property with their personal cellular device during a qualifying live event. QR codes are property-specific and activation-specific.

15. At the conclusion of each activation, all data is processed through the Chalkline server internally to be resulted and to check for any tampering.

16. In the event a qualifying live event is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled, the applicable activation entry window will be adjusted accordingly. If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, the activation will be void and no prizes will be awarded for that activation.

17. Participants are responsible for providing accurate entry information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any incorrect input of entry information.

GENERAL RULES 

1.     Must be 21 years or older to participate.

2.     Must be or become an ACE Club member to redeem offers.

3.     Restricted players are not eligible for this promotion.

4.     Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued Gaming license are not eligible to participate.

5.     Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures.

6.     The winner’s prizes ($50 Free Slot Play + $25 F&B vouchers) must be redeemed at an ACCRM, ACCCC, or ACCPS ACE Club by an ACE Club Representative (or above) during ACE Club operating hours and within 72 hours of the drawing. 

7.     The $10 Free Slot Play must be redeemed at an ACCRM, ACCCC, or ACCPS ACE Club by an ACE Club Representative (or above) during ACE Club operating hours within 72 hours of the completed entry submission. 

8.     The $10 Free Slot Play and $50 Free Slot Play will expire 24-hour from the date and time of redemption at the ACE Club. $25 F&B vouchers will expire 72-hour from the date and time of redemption at the ACE Club.

9.     One (1) $25 F&B voucher will be issued for every Agua Live Play winner and redeems within the allotted time-frame. The issuing ACE Club representative (or above) will sign with their signature and badge number. No change given and cannot be exchanged for cash. Voucher may be used one (1) time only. Not valid for alcohol, tax, or gratuity. In the event the F&B voucher is lost, a replacement voucher will not be issued and no consolation will be offered. 

10.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

11.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

12.  The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having "tampered", in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to "tampering" with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

13.  Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.

14.  Facsimiles or reproduction of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.

15.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.

16.  Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.

17.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

18.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

19.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

20.  Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver's license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards.). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize.

21.  Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner's Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (if applicable). The Winner's Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner's name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

22.  The Winners Release form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) authorized Team Member of the promotional event, and one (1) additional authorized Team Member for verification, completed by an authorized Team Member. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.

23.  For each award or prize won, the authorized ACE Club Representative (or above) shall enter the following information on the Winners Log: date and time of the promotion, winner’s name, winner’s ACE Club number, and the award or prize won. The authorized ACE Club Representative (or above) shall sign the log with name and gaming license number, attesting to the prize distribution. The winner shall sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.

24.  Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:

a.     $0 - $100: Expires in 24 hours

25.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
