Aces Cracked Poker Promotion

The Poker Room at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM) shall offer poker players a chance to win Cash Prizes (or Live Gaming Chips) from April 1, 2026 through August 31, 2026 during the Aces Cracked Poker Promotion.

Prior to the beginning of each promotional timeframe below, the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will announce in the Poker Room that the Aces Cracked Poker Promotion will begin, along with the hands needed, to win Cash Prizes (or Live Gaming Chips) and the corresponding prize amounts for each hand made during the promotional days and times, on any active Limit Texas Hold ‘Em game in the Poker Room.

DATES:

• April 1, 2026 through August 31, 2026.

TIMES:

• Mondays from 12:00PM - 3:00AM Tuesday morning
• Tuesdays from 12:00PM - 3:00AM Wednesday morning
• Wednesdays from 12:00PM - 3:00AM Thursday morning
• Thursdays from 12:00PM - 3:00AM Friday morning
• Fridays from 12:00PM - 5:00AM Saturday morning
• Saturdays from 12:00PM - 5:00AM Sunday morning
• Sundays from 12:00PM - 3:00AM Monday morning

QUALIFYING HANDS:

Texas Hold ‘Em – Having Pocket Ace’s (two cards dealt to the player), and getting them beaten (or losing the hand played) to any other player with a higher hand-made than their hand.

QUALIFYING HAND COMBINATIONS and ACES CRACKED CASH PAYOUT (or Live Gaming Chips):

• Pair of Ace’s with one Black Ace and one Red Ace beaten will payout $75.
• Pair of Ace’s with both Ace’s being Red color beaten will payout $100.
• Pair of Ace’s with Both Ace’s being Black Color beaten will payout $150.

PROMOTION RULES:

1. Aces Cracked payouts are valid for active poker players playing on a live Limit Texas Hold ‘Em poker game only.
2. To qualify for Aces Cracked payouts, the hand must be played to completion, and all bets and raises must have been called. At the conclusion of the hand, the poker player must show their Aces face-up and flat on the table, and request verification from the dealer to be considered for the Aces Cracked payout. Late claims will not qualify for Aces Cracked payout.
3. In the event a poker player is holding Pocket Aces and prematurely discloses their hand, or discusses the content of their hand with another player, that hand will not qualify for the Aces Cracked payout.
4. Eligible Limit Texas Hold ’Em games must have a minimum of five (5) active players.
5. Must be present to win.
6. Players are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf.
7. Cash Prizes (or Live Gaming Chips) will be paid by the Poker Cashier (or above) at the applicable Limit Texas Hold ‘Em poker table in the ACCRM Poker Room.

GENERAL RULES:

1. Must be 21 years or older to participate.
2. Do not have to become an ACE Club member to participate, but must provide valid photo I.D. to claim a prize.
3. Restricted patrons are not eligible to participate.
4. Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are eligible to participate and may buy-in and play according to the ACBCI Casino Operations Gambling Policy.
5. Employees of the Poker Department are not eligible to participate.
6. Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e., driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards.).
7. Players have the option to choose live gaming chips in lieu of Cash Prizes (no partial payments).
8. Live Gaming Chips have no expiration date.
9. Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winner's Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (as applicable). The Winner’s Logs and Winner’s Release Form give approval to Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, and its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.
10. For each award or prize won, the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will enter the following information on the Winner’s Log: Date, Time, Table/Seat, Hand Made, Amount Paid Out, Player Name, ACE Club number (if applicable). The Poker Supervisor (or above) must sign the log with their initials and gaming license number. The Poker Cashier (or above) will also sign the log with their name and gaming license number to attest the prize distribution. The winner must sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.
11. Ace, Edge, or Elite Cards are the property of Agua Caliente Casinos. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club Brochure.
12. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.
13. Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct mail letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discounts or group rates.
14. Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.
15. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
16. Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having "tampered", in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to” tampering" with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).
17. All promotion will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal control standards, policies, and procedures.
18. All patron dispute related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.  
19. The Winners Release Form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One Poker Floor Supervisor (or above), and one additional signature for verification, completed by a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above). Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide their social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls unless an exception is noted and approved within the approved promotion.
20. Agua Caliente Casinos will include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must be located within each Casino.
21. A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Poker Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
22. Agua Caliente Casinos, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers. 
23. The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the tribe.
